About this farm stay rental
The house built in 2008 on the basis and in the style of Toulouse houses is very pleasant in summer thanks to its natural freshness or its air conditioning if the heat exaggerates ... its swimming pool secluded from view with views of Toulouse and the Pyrenees. Pool alarm.
A centralized system locks all or part of the roller shutters under pressure.
A piece of music with piano can allow an amateur to maintain his level.
On the ground floor 2 bedrooms: 1 single bed and 1 double bed with shower room (double sink and shower), large kitchen and living dining room. 1 WC.
Under the adjoining barn of over 50m2 and closed with a veranda are tables and chairs for large meals, fireplace, large gas plancha; ping-pong table, stereo ... On a rock overlooking the barn a weight bench, a 2-seater sofa bed possibility to sleep there almost like under the stars but without the spiders.
Upstairs 3 bedrooms: 2 with double bed and 1 with single bed, a large library desk, a bathroom, 2 sinks and bathtub. 1WC
Outside: two large terraces, large parasol, Weber charcoal barbecue; a meadow of more than one hectare, a closed chicken coop for fresh eggs, a vegetable garden with vegetables for summer salads ... Trees allow you to eat in the shade.
All amenities nearby on foot or on one of the 5 mountain bikes available. Weekly rental period.
Sheets not provided (except duvet cover), neither bath towels nor pool towels.
Same rates July or August.

We had a lovely stay at this property.
The garden is absolutely huge and our 6 year old son loved exploring and playing in it - the whole garden is fenced in and the swimming pool has an alarm on it.
The house has everything you could want inside it and the owners were lovely, welcoming us with homemade honey and homegrown plums.
You do need to bring your own sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers. Most of the pillows are square rather than rectangular.
The piano was well maintained and enjoyable to play.
The house is in a great location, right at the edge of a small town, so it feels totally private and rural, however there are 2 supermarkets within a 20 minute walk.
We had a great holiday here and wouldn't hesitate to return. Thanks to Michel and his family for letting us stay in their wonderful house.

Prachtige villa met alle voorzieningen die je maar kan bedenken. Ontvangst door de gastheer en vrouw was formidabel. Supermarkt direct in de buurt. We hadden ook fietsen die we mochten gebruiken. We hebben een prachtvakantie gehad.

Nous (deux familles) sommes restés très bien pendant une semaine chez Michele et sa femme. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et serviables. La maison est très agréable, confortable et complète avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin, même des vélos (même avec des poules qui fournissent des oeufs et un chat ...), et vous respirez un air de musiciens ... si vous voulez écouter de la bonne musique .... La piscine et le grand jardin sont un vrai confort en été ..... (avec un barbecue en plein air ce serait parfait) Pour ceux qui veulent une grande maison calme à quelques kilomètres de la ville de Toulouse, c'est idéal ... il est utile d'avoir une voiture. Merci encore à Michele... aussi... pour son miel et son limoncello ... Stefano e famillies
