About this house rental
Come and enjoy our modern and unique 180 M2 house.
Comfortable and very pleasant, this architect's house is very bright, thanks to its bay windows of 4.5 by 6 meters on its 2 sides, you will have the impression of living in nature. Very pleasant relaxation area on a catamaran net.
The walkway will be covered to protect the glass.
The terrace of more than 100 m2 and the swimming pool (salt water treatment) of 10.5 by 4.5 meters face an unobstructed view of a wood. Petanque court of 12m 4 m.
Plancha and barbecue available, garden furniture, table for 8 people, deckchair for your outdoor comfort.
The 4 bedrooms are equipped with a bathroom (sink and shower).
The first floor bedroom is equipped with a 180cm bed.
The 2nd bedroom upstairs has a 140cm bed.
The 3rd bedroom upstairs has a 140 cm bed.
The 4th bedroom upstairs has a 160cm bed composed of 2 mattresses of 80cm
2 toilets, one of which is upstairs.

The house is not suitable for small children.
To preserve responsible consumption with the air conditioning and the swimming pool (40°C in Toulouse!), the tariff includes 75 kWh of electricity per day, which is very comfortable for 8 people. If you exceed this, the excess will simply be billed on an actual basis (€0.30/kWh)

We had a great 4 week stay at the villa. The facilities are excellent, and it is easy to get into Toulouse from the property. Would highly recommend the villa.

The house is a really nice and modern house with all we needed. We enjoyed the pool, the airconditioning and the shades. We swam, ate, drank and enjoyed the company of famiily and friends .. a perfect holiday!
