The accommodation
For rent, magnificent T5 apartment, furnished, of 250m², completely renovated in the very quiet and very sought-after area of the Chalets in Toulouse center.
This apartment is located on St-Hilaire Street, in a beautiful house from 1875 with barely two apartments.
Located a stone's throw from the Cristal fruit and vegetable market, 5 minutes from Place St-Sernin or 10 minutes walk from Place du Capitole, this three-level apartment is ideally located and remains very bright because it is crossing.
It consists of four bedrooms (3 of which are R+2 with a bathtub in the master suite) and three bathrooms and walk-in showers and offers up to eight beds. It has a large living room and a beautiful kitchen open to a dining room of 90m² opening onto a terrace of 25m² equipped with a plancha and a summer kitchen and a solarium of 15m² with Jacusi. The fourth bedroom has a bed 180 and is located on the first floor, at the bottom of the garden, with private shower room and dressing room.

We wanted to spend 10 days in Toulouse, exploring the city with visits from our adult family while we were in town. This house was perfectly located for that - walking distance to the markets and to the centre of the city, lots and lots of restaurants, cafes, bars, bakeries and shops nearby - the only time we used our car was for airport pick-ups. I would have no hesitation recommending this property for a city holiday or city break - it is a very fine house in the perfect location! Thanks too to Christophe and Rafik who both made everything run so smoothly.
