CHEZ CLAIRE 4- Place Capitole 122m2, Clim Centrale

Overall, the property is very nice. The location is central to Toulouse and close to the inner-city tourist attractions & restaurants. The apartment had several bedrooms, and all were appointed nicely. The kitchen and living room areas were very nice too. The pics clearly and accurately portrayed the actual property.

The advertised free car parking process is severely lacking. The process is impractical. The process is basically to use a QR code and/or two given numerical codes to be used as you exit the City UG parking lot. Evidently, the QR code and two numerical codes have proven ineffective in the past as noted by the LL. So, If the QR code and numerical codes don't work, then the LL expects the occupant to go back to the apartment; 7-8 minute walk each way, plus clunky process to obtain keys and resecure them and then get a parking lot physical key card & then returning it all once you get out of the lot; total time: 30-40 minutes. It is especially difficult when there are cars trying to exit the car lot behind you. We ended up having to pay 32 Euros and the LL was not open to picking up a portion of the cost. We would have given this location a 9-10 rating if not for the awful process for the advertised free car parking. One other item the process to pick up keys are much like a scavenger hunt. The process should be much simpler, especially since it is all in a very busy pedestrian area.

Buscábamos un apartamento amplio y céntrico para nuestro grupo familiar de 7 personas, y CHEZ CLAIRE resultó la opción perfecta. Una ubicación increíble en un edificio señorial junto a Plaza Capitole con parking al lado, ideal para explorar el elegante centro de Toulouse. Mucho espacio para todos, equipado con buen gusto, una zona estilosa y amplia de salón / cocina perfecta para compartir un vino y un rato de charla después de un largo día de paseo. Nos ha encantado nuestra estancia !

Quizá las peculiaridades de los baños, pero todo se compensa con el carácter del piso y del señorial edificio en que se ubica.

Appartement grand, confortable et de qualité ainsi qu' une cuisine moderne et bien équipée, emplacement très central près de la place du Capitole.

Les codes des verrous de chaque chambre sont contraignants. Rien d'autre.
