Trevillis is a lovely cottage situation in the grounds of the Commonwood Manor in East Looe. With lovely views over Looe and the river, ample outside space, parking and quality internal furnishings this is a great base from which to enjoy the delights of Looe and surrounding areas.On the ground floor is the comfortable sitting room with leather settees, flat screen TV and patio doors leading out to the furnished patio area with BBQ. The lounge is open plan to the dining area which also has doors to the patio. Up a few stairs is the fully fitted kitchen complete with electric oven, gas hob, extractor, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and breakfast bar. There is a utility room on this level with washing machine and also a w.c.
Upstairs is the master bedroom, a spacious room with king size bed and large window seat which is a great space to sit and enjoy the beautiful views over Looe river and the surrounding hillside. This bedroom has a flat screen TV and access onto the furnished balcony from where the views can again be enjoyed. A master bedroom en-suite comes complete with jacuzzi bath and separate shower cubicle. The second bedroom is a triple room with a standard double and a single bed, again with an en-suite with bath and electric shower over.
