A lovely relaxing stay, quiet and only a short drive to Talland bay and Looe

Would recommend for a couple and a child not suitable for more

The property was clean and tidy in a good location and on a lovely site very well looked after site and nice and quiet with a partial sea view.

It’s very small we booked for 4 adults a child and a dog, too small to use cot bed so little one had the double as the only safe place for a 1yr old. it states sleeps 6 definitely doesn’t not comfortably, maybe 2 adults and 2 children at best, the single beds are tiny, and we struggled to get the sofa bed out as the table was in the way and it’s to small to put the table anywhere else to pull the bed out when we did finally get it out it was so uncomfortable very warn could feel the bars through the mattress we hardly slept. The boiler had been turned off so no hot water to wash up but the manual said it would come on automatically and to not touch it. We only stayed for one night luckily or would have moved for the second. Also the dog is £10 extra this isn’t in the advert we had to bank transfer money to the owner before we could check in couldn’t pay at site

A nice week away

It was a lovely peaceful camp site with a well stocked shop on site. Close to looe and polperro around an hour to hour and half to Newquay, St Ives and Padstow all worth visiting. Lovely caravan with all the normal facilities, dvds, and a few jigsaws.

Not the most comfiest beds and flame on the boiler was constantly going out, We reported to the owner who advised us on how to light it and had someone out the next day but still kept going out, we never phoned owner again as we just kept lighting it

The location was exceptional. quiet and clean. From here we had easy access to all the tourist areas we wanted to visit.

Enjoyable and there was everything you could want even down to books dvds and puzzles.

Location was good, enjoyed the peaceful tranquility of the site. Although it is not high season. The caravans were spaced out nicely so giving space to park.

The lock on the door was a bit stiff and not as easy to turn the key.

The beds in the second bedroom were tiny and uncomfortable. They were definitely not singles. More like childrens’ beds. No toiletries were provided. WiFi not easily accessible. The carpet was also very dirty

Lovely caravan park in between looe and Polperro ,there was not many facilities but we knew this before we went, but I would really recommend this place for a quiet stay

caravan had everything we needed for a short stay!

The postcode and location on booking does not match. We booked this caravan thinking we could walk into Looe and would be close to the beach. However, the site is just over 2 miles walk outside of main Looe (Meaning we had to drive). we did attempt the walk, but with a small dog and most of the roads not having footpaths, we didn’t feel it was safe to do so.

It’s OK for a short stay

Good value & clean.

Staff was there before check out, parked in front of the caravan which IMO looks a bit rude. Also, not even salt and sponge are provided in the kitchen which is very simple and cheap to give.

Lovely cosy caravan in a quiet area.

Loved our cosy little caravan. the bed was amazingly comfortable and the bedroom heaters worked well to keep the chill/damp out of the rooms. The caravan had most things to be able to self cater. The camp site itself was lovely and clean and friendly.

There was no soap which I thought would be supplied. Some of the cutlery was a bit dirty. Only one roll of loo paper so take more just in case!

three nights turned into one. wasn’t keen to light the gas fire with a lighter and no hot water.

trying to light gas fire, heater not working in bathroom, couldn’t get hot water in kitchen or bathroom. duvets incredibly thin for the cold March weather. Too many rules and digs of DONT’S!!

It wasn't clean

I booked this caravan after reading the good reviews, so I was very disappointed when I arrived to find it dirty from the last guests. There was hair all over the bathroom, breadcrumbs on the kitchen counters, fag butts on the grass outside and I actually had to hoover myself because the floor was so dirty. I contacted the owner about it and they explained that they had someone else clean it this time, but they didn't really seem too bothered that I was upset. Other than that it's a nice enough caravan in a decent location.

Wasnt too clean had to clean bathroom my self, Resident 3 caravans up was out drinking swearing loudly from 10am till 10pm 3 nights out of 5 with 2 other couples.
