It was a lovely peaceful camp site with a well stocked shop on site. Close to looe and polperro around an hour to hour and half to Newquay, St Ives and Padstow all worth visiting.
Lovely caravan with all the normal facilities, dvds, and a few jigsaws.
Not the most comfiest beds and flame on the boiler was constantly going out, We reported to the owner who advised us on how to light it and had someone out the next day but still kept going out, we never phoned owner again as we just kept lighting it

The property was clean and tidy in a good location and on a lovely site very well looked after site and nice and quiet with a partial sea view.
It’s very small we booked for 4 adults a child and a dog, too small to use cot bed so little one had the double as the only safe place for a 1yr old. it states sleeps 6 definitely doesn’t not comfortably, maybe 2 adults and 2 children at best, the single beds are tiny, and we struggled to get the sofa bed out as the table was in the way and it’s to small to put the table anywhere else to pull the bed out when we did finally get it out it was so uncomfortable very warn could feel the bars through the mattress we hardly slept. The boiler had been turned off so no hot water to wash up but the manual said it would come on automatically and to not touch it. We only stayed for one night luckily or would have moved for the second.
Also the dog is £10 extra this isn’t in the advert we had to bank transfer money to the owner before we could check in couldn’t pay at site
