VISIT ENGLAND GOLD AWARD FOR EXCELLENCENestled just a couple of minutes from the river's edge, Seashells is a modern holiday home for up to four guests. Ideally located, it's just a five-minute stroll to East Looe’s charming shops, cafes, restaurants, and pubs, and only ten minutes to the main beach. Designed to maximise the views of the river the ground floor houses the garage, the first floor the bedrooms and bathroom and upstairs is the open plan lounge kitchen diner. The property is south facing and so light and bright and beautifully furnished in a nautical theme.The open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area is set on the top floor to make the most of the stunning views. There is comfortable seating for four, a 55" Smart TV, and a selection of books and games ensure a relaxing stay. Free WiFi is also included for guests. The dining area features a spacious table with four chairs, perfect for family meals and the fully equipped kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, and cafetière.There is a master bedroom on the ground floor with a comfortable double bed as a cosy twin room, ideal for children or friends. Excellent holiday home.
The home is beautiful and was spotlessly clean on arrival, many thanks, it has everything you may need for a holiday. The location is great. It was lovely to have a xmas tree, felt just like home.
Our only problem was parking, there was always a car at the bottom of the drive that made turning tight and one day a car was parked across the garage and we could not find the owner so plans for that day were changed as we could not get the car out, after that we did not put the car in the garage we parked against the fence, other than that seashells is a perfect place to stay and hopefully it was left in the same condition as we found it.

Lovely house with great attention to detail
House is lovely, beautifully decorated & comfortable and the location is really handy for the centre of Looe (5 minute walk to shops etc) whilst still being quiet. Views from all windows are stunning! It would benefit from wifi. Also access is really steep up an unmade road making walking the last couple of yards to the house a challenge. Parking is tight but we managed ok (a mini just fit through the garage doors)
