Ideally located, it's just a five-minute stroll to East Looe’s charming shops, cafes, restaurants, and pubs, and only ten minutes to the main beach. Designed to maximise the views of the river the ground floor houses the garage, the first floor the bedrooms and bathroom and upstairs is the open plan lounge kitchen diner. The property is south facing and so light and bright and beautifully furnished in a nautical theme.The open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area is set on the top floor to make the most of the stunning views. There is comfortable seating for four, a 55" Smart TV, and a selection of books and games ensure a relaxing stay. Free WiFi is also included for guests. The dining area features a spacious table with four chairs, perfect for family meals and the fully equipped kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, and cafetière.There is a master bedroom on the ground floor with a comfortable double bed as a cosy twin room, ideal for children or friends.
