Alles hat uns gefallen,tolles Hotel und sehr nettes Personal , Mega Wellnessbereich und der Duft von Zirbe überall . Auch unsere Zimmer waren hervorragend ( ein kleiner Schreibtisch wäre noch zum Vorteil gewesen )
Uns hat alles an der Unterkunft gefallen Am Schluss haben wir leider erfahren müssen , dass wir viel weniger für die gleichen Zimmer bezahlt hätten , wenn wir direkt gebucht hätten . Dafür kann aber das Hotel nichts . In Zukunft werden wir immer vorher bei den Hotels anrufen nachdem Booking auch auf Payback pausiert .

Struttura molto bella e curata sia all'interno che nelle aree esterne. Zona Spa/wellness in posizione panoramica e di altissimo livello. I componenti dello staff sono stati molto disponibili ed accoglienti. Molta cura ed attenzione al cliente! Abbiamo apprezzato molto la merenda e il buffet ad inizio cena!! Ottimo!
Unica pecca, nei menù serali e nella merenda non sempre erano indicati gli allergeni (solo se glutine o lattosio).
