About this house rental
Newly renovated luxury property in Old Ocean Grove 10 mins walk to main shopping (The Terrace) with many cafes and restaurants. Elevated position which is peaceful and secluded with views across treetops and 2 outdoor seating areas, one of which is undercover.
Entrance to Blue Lake is only 50m from the driveway which is great for kids bike riding and dog walking. Short drive or 10 min walk to river and surf beach/ dog walk beach.
House sleeps 7/8 comfortably:
Master bedroom - Queen size luxury bed with ensuite and walk in robe
Second bedroom - Triple bunk (double at bottom and single on top) and fitted robe
Third bedroom - Queen size luxury bed and fitted robe
End room - Single bed and laundry facilities.
Outside there is a front deck with table and chairs with an elevated view over trees and there is a private under cover patio area out the back with table and chairs, firepit with grill over the fire for those juicy steaks and BBQ. Outdoor areas are quiet and peaceful. Back garden is secure and fully enclosed and suitable for dogs.
Inside there is an open plan living area with Smart TV to which you can cast Netflix and YouTube from your smart devices. NBN fast wifi for you to use. Extensive DVD collection too and DVD player.
Kitchen has smeg appliances and also an espresso coffee machine. Also a breakfast bar for the kids.
Pet friendly - however not in bedrooms.
Note that the driveway is rather steep and narrow but there is a level parking space at the top. As well as driveway parking for 2/3 cars there is easy parking on the street.
We have an external security camera pointing down the driveway which will be switched off when we have guests.

A comfortable and homely place to stay with amazing views of sunsets and close to a water bird sanctuary where you can start the day with a short walk around the lake with your furkid. Lovely place overall

The photos do not do it justice! The property was clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed for a perfect weekend away with friends. Location was great, easy walking distance to the shops. Ange was amazing to deal with. I can't wait to come back again!

We travelled as a family with two teenagers, their friends and a small dog.
When we arrived , property was easy to find. House was so well presented, clean and very comfortable. Fan in main bedroom and split in main living area so were able to keep cool. Property is behind another one but views excellent as it s elevated. Beautiful deck out front to enjoy the north sun and lots of room and fireplace out back.
Fully enclosed so dog was very safe when we were there.
Best part - a 30sec walk to the entrance of the lake track and a 10 minute walk to the shops.
