‘Central Ocean Grove’ features three generous bedrooms, central bathroom with shower and bath, open plan dining/kitchen area and separate living space.
The rear yard is secure and provides a large undercover entertainment area and grassed area. Great for kids or your furry friend.

Heating/Cooling – Reverse cycle air conditioner in main living area. Pedestal fans in each bedroom.

Great location for nearby dog-friendly beaches. Our furbaby loved it!
There's a small playground behind the house and a small lake within walking distance.
The house itself had pretty much everything we needed, reasonably clean.
An outside light would be a good idea to install so as to enjoy being outside under the pergola in the evening. Will be much better for privacy once the screening trees have grown to block the neighbour's view. Overall, the property was decent, especially for a family with a dog.
