About this house rental
Altair Yeah Yeah is a classic beach house comprising 5 bedrooms. It sleeps up to 10 people in two queen beds and six single beds. All of the bedrooms have built-in robes (master bedroom with ensuite, walk-in robe and smart TV) .
The spacious living/dining/kitchen area has a smart TV connected to wi-fi, and the kitchen is equipped with a large freestanding oven and cooktop, dishwasher, microwave and breakfast bar.
The central bathroom includes a bath, shower and separate toilet.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, walk-in robe, ensuite and wi-fi connected smart TV. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and built-in robes. Two further bedrooms have a set of single bunks and built-in robes, while a fifth bedroom has two single beds and built-in robes.
LINEN AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED
To help keep costs down we require guests to BYO flat and fitted sheets, pillowslips and towels. These can be supplied for $300 per stay (7 days notice required). We do supply doonas with covers, plus mattress and pillow protectors for all guests.
PETS
Pets are welcome to stay outside in a secure yard with a medium size kennel provided in a sheltered area on the rear verandah. The beach at the end of the street allows dogs year-round (restrictions apply elsewhere in Ocean Grove). An additional fee applies. Please select “pets” when notifying the number of guests who will be staying.
LOCATION & ATTRACTIONS
This large family holiday home is only a 5 minute walk to the ocean beach, 2-3 minutes by car to both of Ocean Grove’s shopping centres, 10-20 minutes from Barwon Heads, Queenscliff, Point Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay and Portarlington, and a 1 hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road.
