Close to the beach and shops, spacious backyard, ample parking and lovely hosts.
Was dated and felt like a lot of stuff has accumulated there over the years. For instance, the was no pantry space for groceries.

The location was perfect, everything that we needed was close by and easily accessible. All of the rooms was very tidy and neat, and was able to fit us all quite comfortably.

The location ,local eateries plenty of room for the whole family
The family agree , we want to make it an annual stay
Walking distance to the beach and only 30 min from Geelong but easy to find
