Room size was nice and it seems it was renovated recently
Staff didn't speak English. We had booked an option with breakfast but at the check-in we were informed that breakfast is not available (they decreased final price by 100 taiwan $). We couldn't turn on the AC (remote only in Chinese without any instructions on external piece of paper etc.) so we went down (15 minutes after the check-in), but there was nobody there...
