View Ocean

We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The view from our room overlooking the Pacific Ocean was absolutely amazing and one of the highlights of our trip. The hotel’s location is also excellent, just a short walk from the Hualien Night Market, making it very convenient to explore the area. After we checked out, we realized we had accidentally left some belongings behind. The hotel staff took the time to locate our items, kept them safe, and even arranged to courier them to our hotel in Taichung. To our surprise, they didn’t charge us anything for the shipping, even though we offered to pay. Their honesty, kindness, and exceptional customer service truly impressed us. We are so grateful for everything they did and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hualien. Thank you again for going above and beyond!

Location is extraordinary right next to the water. I was upgraded and I had massive windows to see the ocean. The family that runs it was ultra helpful in every way.

Located across the street with night market.

There is no sound insulation so you hear the ocean or the cars on the street. Mattress and pillows too firm for us. Limited parking places at the facility (although we found one).
