Seaview room with balcony, the sea is just across the road and the night market is only a 5-minute walk away. We were lucky that no one booked any other rooms so we had the whole house to ourselves. You will be sharing the lounge if other people book up the rooms. The host was very helpful to give us so much information about the area and even get us a guide to take us to Taroko Gorge.
Too far from the station and it costs around TWD 110 to take a taxi from the train station to the property.

Location is perfect and within walking distance from the dongdameon night market. Room is nicely decorated albeit a little small. Nice view overlooking the beach - though it’s a little low rise on the 3rd level.
Has no lift so we had to lug our luggage up the stairs. Bed and pillows were a little too soft to sleep comfortably. The tv couldn’t be tilted to face the bed. Slightly pricey for the size

Breakfast is sandwich and a herbal drink, acceptable but portion is very limited.
It is a Seaview room facing south east that sunrise can be seen.
The house owner sent me a message before arrival and offer free ride to the guest house.
Pulling a big luggage to 5 floor is an issue (They don't have 4th floor.....feng shui) as they don't have escalator.
It is a 10 minutes taxi ride from the train station to the guest house.
