About this house rental
Beach house with granite countertops, hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances. The home has central air or open the widows for a cool ocean breeze. Picture yourself relaxing on roof top deck with ocean views. Walk to First Beach and near by restaurants and bars. Second Beach is a short 1 mile drive. Downtown Newport and all of its attractions are just a few minutes away. Please note, no short term rentals. Long term monthly rentals September - May only.

The photos of the view from the roofdeck do not do it justice. There is a panoramic view
Of the Harbor with beautiful sunsets every night.
The house itself feels new, is tastefully furnished with a beach house theme, and all of the appliances & electronics are state of the art (or close to it). The location is fabulous- just outside of downtown Newport and walking distance to Easton’s Beach & several shops and restaurants. We hope to return!

We loved our stay at Wayne's place. The home was as advertised, and exceptionally clean upon arrival. Wayne was a great host and so easy to work with from booking to check-in and check-out.
