About this house rental
Comfortable apartment of 40 square meters in the heart of the historical center of Monopoli a few steps from the sea,
completely restructured, in the restructuring we have tried to highlight the morphological characteristics of the area restoring all the details to the maximum as for example the processing of the marine tuff vaults that make the apartment fresh and above all fantastic from the characteristic and aesthetic point of view.
Monopoli is one of the southern Apulian cities that enjoys the most beautiful beaches, sea and Italian cuisine.
Thanks to its strategic position in a vico of peace and serenity is recommended to all those who wish to spend their vacation in one of the most fascinating historical centers of Puglia, among the alleys of the ancient city and a few steps from the characteristic beaches of the coast.
Its original construction, with thick walls and in marine tuff, makes the stay in this house pleasant, ensuring a good cool even on the hottest summer days.
The strengths of our apartments are the excellent cleanliness and above all the care and thriftiness in the style of furniture
Located 20 meters from the fascinating and immense Basilica Cathedral, 50 meters from the first sandy beach, 5 min ON FOOT from the famous beaches of Porta Vecchia, Porto Rosso and Porto Bianco (free and equipped).
Useful services in the neighborhood: supermarkets, greengrocers, fishmongers, bars, shops, restaurants, trattorias, pharmacies so you don't need a car.
Spread over one level the house consists of kitchen area and living room with double sofa bed, fully equipped hob (crockery, fridge, pots, four burner gas cooker) all with LCD TV, air conditioning.
The bedroom is internal.
The apartment has a laundry area and unlimited internet service
Appliances: Refrigerator, Four-burner gas range.
Other:
Shower, radiators, air conditioners, TV, washing machine.
The house is located in the historic center and therefore limited traffic zone with the possibility of access in certain time slots, the public parking is 20 meters from the property near Piazza XX Settembre.
During the Alta / Peak Season it is possible to rent the solution ONLY from Saturday to Saturday

Appartement calme propre tres bien stue propriétaire tres a l ecoute prevenant attention aux places de parking pour eviter les PV sinon logement a vivement recommander

The apartment was well situated to visit Monopoli and its attractions. It is a great place for a short break and a short drive from many other delightful towns. All restaurants are within short walking distance and we found some good ones to eat at.
We stayed out of season and managed to find parking a short walk away - it is probably quite difficult in the summer season.
The apartment was clean and adequately supplied with crockery, utensils that we needed, albeit a coffee pot with a broken handle! We did not cook in the apartment. Better quality towels would be appreciated.
The photograph is rather misleading as the apartment is the second archway on the first floor on the right hand side of the picture. Access to another apartment is through a passage way between your door and sitting out balcony - in fact it would not offer any privacy if you wanted to eat out or relax on the balcony in the summer months as other visitors may have to squeeze past you.
Despite making arrangements to be let in prior to our visit, via email, there was no-one about. We finally phoned the owner and then was let in by the caretaker. There are no bicycles.
