Exactly what we needed.

Great location and the property was very clean and had everything we needed.

A couple more pillows would have made it more comfortable. We would have also appreciated and earlier check in and a later check out.

Ladies Weekend

Super location with excellent local amenities in Windermere. Well equipped clean and comfortable cottage with good parking spaces.

Overall our stay was beautiful and perfect for a birthday weekend in the lakes with friends.

Loved how clean, modern and convenient this property was to Windermere and Low Wood Spa where we went during our stay.

Lack of toilet paper when 8 people are staying. One roll each bathroom.

A lovely place to stay with friends for a weekend in the Lakes.

Beautiful quiet location a very short walk from the centre of Windermere. Fully equipped for a short or long stay. Some fun things to engage young children. A nice common area for relaxing in. Very clean.

Location is very good. The apartment was clean.

There was no soap, body wash, shampoo. No salt and pepper in the kitchen.

A well laid out and very comfortable house in a great location minutes walk away from Windermere.

A lovely, modern, spacious, light, excellently well laid out and presented house. A fantastic location, only a few minutes walk into the centre of Windermere with ample parking for 2 x large (SUV) or 3 x smaller cars. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable. A great space for a stay with extended family, two families or friends. Lovely large lounge, kitchen, diner with plenty of seating, plenty of occasional tables for drinks (so no spillages on the floor). Blue tooth speaker. Log burner. A good sized dining table to seat 8 people. Plenty of crockery and cutlery. The bathrooms are both a very good size, powerful showers. Snug with tv great for the kids to chill. Spacious upstairs landing for youngsters to play or adults to relax and read. The two double bedrooms have wardrobes and drawer storage. The twin rooms, drawer storage only, plenty of it though. Crisp clean white bed linen and towels. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The twin beds and one of the doubles have foot boards which weren't quite as comfortable for the taller members of the family. Great utility room with washer, dryer and ironing board and iron. Spacious entrance hall with plenty of hooks to hang coats and storage space for shoes. The whole family enjoyed their stay at Wysteria Cottage.

5.00pm check in is too late. Requests for earlier check in won't be accommodated. Tip: If you arrive early, maybe check through the window to see if the house is ready.

Perfect location, beautiful property and well looked after

Perfect location, walking distance to all amenities. Beautiful property, clean, modern and well looked after. The beds were extremely comfortable and there was plenty of storage. It was like a home from home, it had everything we needed and more. Will definitely stay here again

it’s clean and good location for what we wanted to do. bathrooms and showers are great and just a really relaxed feel about check-in and checkout

internet quality was poor and didn’t allow us to use a firestick effectively. foot boards on the beds was really irritating (sounds petty but a few of us are over 6ft) these are minor points but also easy fixes.

Lovely cottage

Everything was perfect. Large cottage, very nice sitting area and dinning area. Very well equipped kitchen. Rooms were nice and airy, clean comfy beds. Towels were provided, so was hand soap, some dishwasher tablets and a couple of detergent pods. Vaccun cleaner, washing machine, dryer, dish washer, everything really was there !!

Could not fault anything, but the check in time could have been earlier than 5 pm.

Windermere weekend

Modern, incredibly clean with lots of space and fantastic location. Facilities were great, with towels provided and well stocked kitchen with pots/pans/utensils/glassware.

There wasn't much to not like. Slight leak in upstairs shower, but did not detract from a fabulous stay.

The perfect break for us as a family.

Just a fantastic holiday home, providing us with everything we needed as a family. Spotlessly clean, situated perfectly for the whole Lake District, it allowed us to enjoy a wonderful break. Can't recommend the property enough.

Not really a criticism, but a bigger fridge would make this an even better holiday home.
