Just totally happy and satisfied with this B&B. Clean, spacious, excellent location near the village center and lake, and with a very friendly and helpful host, who served us a delicious breakfast every morning: nice (local?) cheeses, good pies, coffee, croissants etc etc. Definitely recommend this place!

Absolutely fabulous

We had a fantastic stay at Patty's house and I couldn't be more pleased with the apartment and it´s location. This is a cosy, lovely sunny place, absolutely perfect for someone who is looking for quiet and relaxing holiday. I cannot recommend it highly enough. My special thanks to Verdiana, a warm, wonderful and extremely helpful person who went out of her way to make us feel good, I´m so grateful for her kindness and hospitality. Thank you Patricia and Verdiana for an absolutly fabulous holiday.

Traumhafter Urlaub in wunderschönem Appartement mit liebevoller Betreuung und toller Umgebung

Das Zimmer war wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Überall (Boden, Decke, Tisch) war alles mit Echtholz ausgestattet. Viele Glasfronten lassen das Tageslicht herein und es gibt einen Ausgang zur großen, überdachten Terrasse und einen anderen zu einem schönen großen Balkon. Im Zimmer gibt es eine Klimaanlage, Schrank mit Tressor, Garderobe, Schlafsofa, Ehebett, Schreibtisch mit zwei Stühlen. Gratis WLAN, Kühlschrank und Fernseher sind vorhanden. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls sehr geräumig und hochwertig ausgestattet (WC, Bidet, Handtuchwärmer, Klimaanlage, geräumige Duschkabine) und hat auch einen Ausgang zum Balkon. Das Frühstück war großartig. Jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt. Täglich wurde ein frischer Juice gepresst und immer waren es andere Früchte. Egal ob Kaffee, Tee, Milch, Kakao - alles stand zur Auswahl und wurde frisch zubereitet. Als Vegetarier bekamen wir täglich mehrere Käsesorten und auch hier variierte die Auswahl. Frühstücksweckerl wurden noch warm direkt aus der Bäckerei auf den Tisch gebracht. Ganz viele verschiedene Marmeladen standen täglich am Tisch und sind alle von Patrizia selbst eingekocht worden. Tagsüber konnte man sich in der Fattoria (im Erdgeschoß) mit Leckereien eindecken. Alles Speisen waren frisch, regional und bio. Unser Hund war ebenso willkommen wie wir und die Tagesgebühr von € 10,- war sehr fair. Trotz schlechtem Wetter war alles immer sehr sauber und ordentlich. Patrizia ist eine Perle und hat uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen.

Bellissimo

Appartamento nuovo ben arredato e comodo come nelle foto, vicino al lago in posizione tranquilla, ha una bellissima terrazza, self check in comodissimo, la colazione ottima e Patrizia è gentilissima e molto disponibile anche per consigliarci percorsi di trekking, con la partenza ci ha dato un omaggio di marmellata fatta da lei, ci torneremo sicuramente, consigliamo vivamente.

Si sentiva odore di pizza nella camera perché sotto l’appartamento c’è una pizzeria, essendo anche questo abbastanza comodo.

Top ausgestattete, saubere Ferienwohnung in perfekter Lage mit traumhafter Terrasse und unglaublich herzlichen Gastgeber

Unser Aufenthalt war insgesamt wirklich wunderschön, und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, top ausgestattet und perfekt gelegen – mit kurzem Weg zum See und einer traumhaften Terrasse. Auch die Gastgeber sind unglaublich herzlich und aufmerksam, und das Frühstück war jedes Mal ein Genuss.

Eine kleine Anregung für die Zukunft: Es wäre großartig, die Matratzen im Bett irgendwann zu erneuern. Dann wäre die Ferienwohnung wirklich absolut perfekt.

Meraviglioso

La struttura è ubicata a pochi passi dal lago di Ledro, ha un parcheggio assegnato ed è vicina a tutti i punti di interesse della zona. La sera siamo arrivati dopo le 22 e la proprietaria ci ha dato preventivamente tutte le indicazioni per fare il self-check in. Ci sono solo due camere, ma questo è proprio il punto di forza della struttura perché le camere sono ampie, pulitissime, accoglienti, il bagno è enorme e la doccia ampia e moderna, ci sono due balconi, uno piccolo che dà sull'orto della proprietà (dove c'è anche una piccola zona con caprette e galline) e uno più grande con tavolo, sedie e fioriere a decorare il tutto. La stanza è ben areata, non abbiamo avuto bisogno di usare il climatizzatore perché bastava aprire una delle porte finestre, anche a metà, per stare bene e al fresco. La cosa che ci ha davvero conquistati però è stata la colazione. La si può gustare la mattina sul proprio balcone, ed è ricca di marmellate prodotte dalla proprietaria, brioches buonissime, tagliere di salumi e formaggi locali, pane fresco fatto lì, yogurt freschi locali, uova e bacon e torte fatte in casa. La qualità davvero è indescrivibile come anche la gentilezza, solarità e dolcezza di Patty, che è stata sempre accogliente, gentile e disponibile per tutte e tre le notti del nostro soggiorno. Consiglio tantissimo questa struttura agli amanti della tranquillità, del comfort e della qualità che regna sovrana in questa struttura. Il lago è bello, pulito e balneabile, non c'è un turismo soffocante come sul gardesano e ci sono tanti posti tra cui pe cascate di Varone, facilmente raggiungibili e non troppo distanti. Insomma, super consigliato e un complimenti davvero sentito a Patty!

Una vacanza oltre le piu rosee aspettative dove la bellezza del posto e la tranquillità la fanno da padrone

La camera come il bagno sono ampi e confortevoli inoltre ci sono due ampi terrazzi dove fare l’ottima e abbondante colazione, il B&B si trova in una ottima posizione e il personale è professionale e amichevole allo stesso tempo.

Prachtig gelegen b&b, ruim van opzet met 2 balkons Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst ook al spreken wij geen italiaans. Voortreffelijk ontbijt.

2 persoonsbed was beetje doorgezakt. En jammer dat er geen koffie/thee faciliteiten waren op de kamer.
