Lovely apartment in great location

This apartment is in a great location for visiting the city. Communication with Federico was excellent from the start. Organising arrival time was easy and he was waiting for me when I arrived. The apartment was super clean and has everything you need for a short stay. The bedroom has huge glass doors which you can open and enjoy watching the world go by and let in plenty of fresh air.

Loved our stay in Bologna

Frederico was a very responsive host who was friendly and very helpful. The apartment is in a great location, its very clean with new facilities and it has a lift which is wonderful. We enjoyed our stay.

It can be a bit noisy as its a busy road but not a problem with the window shutters down and ear plugs.

Best Host in Italy!

Our host was amazing and went far and above to assist us while we were in Bologne. The apartment was the best accomodation we had travelling through Italy. it was spacious, modern, clean, and in a wonderful location.

Great location, walking distance from all landmarks with good shops and restaurants around. Comfortable and clean. The owner was always available. We requested a crib for our 3yo and was provided no problem.

Clean, comfortable apartment conveniently located - with an excellent host.

Frederico met us from the taxi and helped us with our luggage. He explained everything, there was a welcome pack of breakfast essentials including coffee pods for a coffee machine. It was very clean, modern, and even had a washing machine. It had everything we needed. Conveniently located a few minutes walk from Piazza Maggiore, bus stops, Centrale Station and restaurants. Our host even alerted us some incoming bad weather which helped us adjust our itinerary.

We could not fault the apartment at all.

Me, my wife & our 10 month old son stayed at Casadolcecasa for 2 weeks in September. Our host Federico was very nice, positive and helpful. He and his wife supplied us with a baby bed (cot), a baby chair with table, and a stroller. He gave us good advice on everything related to our stay, the city, where to eat, and other attractions. He was also sure to order us a taxi to the airport in time, and help with the luggage. The apartment was amazing, great view, bright and clean, with everything we needed for our stay. Altogether it was a delight to stay at Casadolcecasa :)

Well located apartment, good sized rooms but frustrating Wi-Fi.

We liked The location, the host, the large bedroom and the generous lounge / dining room. Plenty of bars, restaurants and supermarkets all around, great for public transport or walking to the centre. Very nice bathroom.

We rely on Wi-Fi for communication, study and research. However the Wi-Fi in this unit is woeful, spasmodic and slow - drops out repeatedly. This was a real negative for us. Also the kitchen is very small, no real room to cook and only a small bar fridge.

I wish to return there for some more days.

Federico is a fantastic host that welcomed me downstairs with a big smile. He pointed me to the most interesting places around (landmark sights, places to go to, restaurants, breakfast places) and was very helpful. The place was amazing: it has air-conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, TVs and colour LEDs in the bedroom and the living room, completely new furniture. It was so tidy and clean, I am really impressed. During the night you could stay at the balcony (at daytime in summer it is too hot) and look at the hill where a medical church is situated and shines in mysterious light at night. I hope to visit again and next time take the chance to see the church too.

Close to the center. Supernice, helpful and kind owner. I can just recommend it!!! Perfect place for singles and couples, also suitable for longer stay.

The street is a bit loud outside, who can sleep just in silent it can be disturbing. For me it was not a problem.

Bologna

Great location, clean, good facilities and host was superb. Price was also low. Perfect place to stay in Bologna. Ten min walk from the Train Station and about a 5 min walk to the two towers and into the centre.

Lovely Apartment and Great Host

Close to station, close to old town, close to restaurants and supermarket. Frederico was an excellent host who takes pride in taking care of his guests.

The apartment was on the 4th floor and the lift didnt function for a day. Not Fredericos fault of course.

Confortevole appartamento non troppo lontano dal centro

Host super gentile e disponibile. Appartamento molto ben curato spazioso e confortevole. A disposizione tutto l'occorrente per i bimbi più piccoli. Il centro è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti

Nel weekend la zona è assai rumorosa (la sera) e potrebbe disturbare il sonno degli orecchi più sensibili. Per accedere all'appartamento vi è un'ascensore minimale (difficile accedere con passeggino). Il prezzo non è alla portata di tutti (ma credo sia un problema generalizzato).

Todo. Cocina, aire acondicionado funciona a la perfección, buen estado del apartamento, a 10 minutos del centro histórico… y Federico, que es un gran anfitrión.

Está en una calle por donde pasa el tranvía y están en obras, así que hay ruido desde la mañana

Esperienza davvero perfetta! Federico è stato gentilissimo fin da subito, ci ha accolto personalmente consegnandoci le chiavi ed è stato sempre super disponibile. L’appartamento era stupendo, curato nei minimi dettagli e in una posizione centralissima. L’ho prenotato per mio padre, che si è trovato benissimo, e Federico ci ha anche concesso un comodo late check-out. Torneremo sicuramente, consigliatissimo! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
