About this apartment rental
Beauty Case is a bright, newly renovated 50 square meter apartment, very central, in the heart of Bologna, among the historic buildings and arcades of via San Felice, in a quiet residence in total privacy. It has a living area with equipped kitchen, WiFi, large screen with satellite and Sky channels. A romantic bedroom and a bathroom with hydromassage shower, music and chromotherapy.
A few steps from the transport stops with fast connections to every point of the city.
Our apartment is located on the second floor (without elevator) in a building in the historic center, overlooking the internal courtyard, for this reason in complete privacy and tranquility. We are a few steps from the stops of the main means of transport that quickly connect with every point of the city, with the Fair and Medical facilities. In addition, the Central Station is only 1.7 km away and is well connected by numerous buses within walking distance of the apartment. Marconi Airport in Bologna is 8 km away and is well connected to the Shuttle - BLQ. At 150 m from our address there is the Taxi station.
There is the possibility to take advantage of a guarded paid parking a few meters away which will issue you the permit to enter the ZTL area.

We are at the beginning of via San Felice and at the corner of Piazzia Malpighi and the ancient and monumental Basilica of San Francesco, from the XII century.
In a few minutes on foot, under the historic Bolognese arcades, you can reach Piazza Maggiore, the main square of the city, and the famous "Two Towers".
From there all the main medieval monuments, the ancient churches and the modern museums.
In addition to the many cultural activities, you can enjoy exclusive shopping under the famous Portico del Pavaglione or at Galleria Cavour.
Or, on Friday and Saturday (until 5.00 pm) you can immerse yourself in the "Piazzola", the large market in Bologna in Piazza VIII Agosto.

The street next to our Loft, via del Pratello is full of characteristic places, also within walking distance there is the ancient "Mercato delle Erbe" which flanks the traditional stalls and shops, restaurants, wine bars, meeting points for Bolognese and for the many tourists.
Of particular charm will also be to visit the ancient and romantic alleys behind the Pavaglione, with shops of typical products and characteristic places, such as the "Mercato di Mezzo", where you can taste a good glass of wine with the colors of the sunset or delight you in the numerous restaurants, taverns or typical places for every taste in terms of cuisine.

Our Loft, being in the historic center, is located within the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) - insert links if possible - reserved exclusively for residents of the historic center of Bologna from 7 to 20.
It is possible to park immediately outside the ZTL, on the road (blue stripes) reachable on foot in less than 5 minutes, in the streets closest to us, that is, via Riva di Reno and via della Grada. This parking costs on average € 1.80 per hour from 8 to 20 (after 20:00 it is free).
If you want to access the ZTL instead, you need to park in a paid garage. The garage will communicate your license plate to the Municipal Police and you will automatically be allowed to drive through the ZTL (every transit in the ZTL that is not to get to a paid garage is sanctioned - cameras at every access point). The paid garage a few meters away from our Loft is the San Felice Garage, in Via San Felice 28 / b (open from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm from Monday to Saturday).
IMPORTANT: in Bologna there is an additional Limited Traffic Zone, Zone T, where transit is ALWAYS prohibited, that is, via Indipendenza and via Rizzoli (the central streets of the city, which cross and form a T).

Mi sono trovata benissimo in questa casa. I punti di forza che ritengo giusto sottolineare sono: la gentilezza, professionalità e generosità della proprietaria che ci ha fatto trovare di tutto, mai avuta un'accoglienza di questo livello e il silenzio meraviglioso. La casa è perfetta e pulitissima. Per noi, avendo il mio compagno con un problema di deambulazione, all'inizio le scale ci hanno un pò preoccupato, ma devo dire che alla seconda volta non ci abbiamo più fatto neanche caso.
Grazie ancora per l'accoglienza e per la disponibilità. Ritorneremo!
