The receptionist was really friendly and helpful. Fluent in English. The hotel is just in front of the lake (but cannot see from the room). Some people will appreciate the hotel is in a religious building and you may see some nuns.

The room is not sound proof from the corridor, but luckily not many people were there. The room smelt a bit old, but opening the window quickly fixed it. The is no parking, the street is pedestrian. 200 meters away there is a paid parking (get the discount card to the hotel first) or 400 meters away there is a free parking.

A beautiful sanctuary on the Lake frontage

The location was exceptional - right on the Lake frontage. This was a very special place to stay with 2 resident nuns that we saw who were very welcoming. The atmosphere was one of peace and respect. It was a privilege to stay here. The room was spacious and clean and the linen on the beds and in the bathroom was beautiful quality. We enjoyed the breakfast selection of fresh fruit, pastries and a lovely platter of meats and cheeses. The coffee was very good. Being able to order an omelette even though a small extra charge for this was lovely.

Great location, ac performance lacking

Great location, right on the promenade. Many restaurants and shops just outside. Everything on property was perfectly clean. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast selection with many options, especially the coffee machine.

Room had AC, but seemed to be temperature locked kind of high (30c?). We were in Garda during a heatwave, so it was a little tough to feel comfortable at night, even with the AC.

Perfect location and amazing value for money

Amazing location, easy check in.

Nuances but still. 1. There is no parking on property (even though it’s mentioned in a description). There is no way to get to the hotel with a car so if you travel with lots of luggage, beware that it’s a 5-7 min walk from nearest parking on cobblestone streets. 2. The room we booked was called a suite but to be frank it’s more of a “small room upon entry with a bedroom attached”. Not a problem but would be good to know in advance since the total area was quite small.

Very nice stay and perfect location

The staff was amazing and very helpful! The room was a bit empty but the beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The terrace facing the lake was a big plus and it was a very nice spot to relax.

The AC was not working fully and leaking. But I would hope that is something that will be fixed for the next guest.

Perfect location, friendly staff, friendly people, perfect hotel's publick terrace with great views, nice beaches within walking distance. The room is clean and well maintained. Excellent view from the room (single room with lake view). They also have rooms with small but cozy balcony and lake view).

Excellent location in the very center of life, sometimes it has a negative side - it can be noisy due to a company of people sitting up late in the restaurant. Weak WiFi in the room. There is no refrigerator in the room.

Spotlessly clean. Good food. Kind nuns and other staff. Central location.

This isn't their fault but there is a nearby bar which was pumping out dance music until past 1am and it was disturbing to our rest. The mayor ought to have a word with the bar owner about noise statutes.

Very basic guest house with lake view

The lake view and surrounding was stunning

You have to park your car at the public car parking and don't feel secure also no mention in the website that you actually cannot stopped your car in front of the guest house to drop our luggages there was no buggy to help transport our luggages to the hotel, took about 10 mins walk with luggages, sweating arriving at the hotel. No proper signage to the hotel. We arrived during low season should have include free parking like Lazise. There was only one bath room for connecting room which is confusing we thought there should be two bathroom while booking. The mirror in the bathroom was set too high. There is no water or kettle provided in the room. Room very basic as the rate was not cheap. The breakfast was very basic, coffee from the dispense machine was weak as in Italy i expect good. Coffee was a let down.

An absolutely stunning place directly at the promenade. The house is welcoming and spotlessly clean, the beds very comfortable. We felt very welcomed by the friendly sisters who run the place and create a warm atmosphere. Breakfast at the terrace was a highlight.

Recommended location for Torri del Benaco stay

The location and the view from the room were perfect. The sisters were very kind and tech savvy (Google translate was used to great effect). The entrance from the public street was very handy, so I could come and go as I pleased. The breakfast was wonderful. I would thoroughly recommend a stay here.

Large rooms opening onto balcony looking into the lake, spotlessly clean and cleaned every day. simply furnished but very comfortable. The sisters and staff very helpful and caring. A quiet, calm ambiance.

Heartwarming welcome

First of all - heartwarming welcome experience. The room was quite simple, but I would come back here just to meet people around. Location is great - beautiful scenery to lake, lots of flowers. Restaurants, wineries and ice cream shops just like 1min walk from the entrance. Beach - 5min walk. Vending machine with water and coffee (and it was cheaper then in shops nearby).

No fridge, but we could place a package in hotel's kitchen. No parking on site - you can unload your baggage on bus stop nearby but we couldn't find a free space to stop a car there and had to drive to castle parking and carry everything from there.
