About this apartment rental
This modern one bedroom unit is located close to Queenstown and positioned right beside Lake Wakatipu, you can simply walk down to the lake and access the Frankton Walking Track that will take you to the heart of Queenstown's town centre.
Off-road parking is available and inside the apartment you will find a spacious open plan lounge and kitchen area, large bedroom with access to private deck which allows you to soak up the summer sun or take in the amazing views.
The unit is completed with a fully equipped bathroom and laundry that includes a washing machine and dryer.
The kitchen has all the modern appliances you could expect ensuring you can make yourself at home.
A large Smart TV with Netflix provided and free wireless internet.
Bedroom has 1x Queen bed.
Check- in time is 2pm onwards and check out time is 10am. This may be flexible depending on bookings.
-If you have another couple you are travelling with or family/party we have a mirror image of this one bedroom apartment right next door. We also have two 3 bedroom apartments that can accommodate big groups. Please enquire.
- We are a child friendly apartment. We have a portacot and high chair available if required.
- Linen included.

We stayed here for 4 nights and totally enjoyed our stay. The apartment is spacious and clean. We felt so much at home. The lake and mountain view from the apartment is great!
The only thing is that there’s no proper parking lot allocated for this apartment and we had to park at different spots each day .
Nicola is a very nice lady. She was quick to reply to my messages and even came down personally to help us find another parking spot on th

View was lovely
Only two negatives; first was arriving in rain to a very steep slope to get to apartment (area with no stairs was dangerously slippery) and second the couch cushions next stayed on the couch when you sat on them.
Otherwise everything else was as expected or better
Easy access to Frankton walk and getting into Queenstown

This was an extremely comfortable and well kitted out property which was easy to settle in to. We felt instantly at home as a result and thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
The location provided stunning views of the lake and mountains which added further to us having a relaxed stay.
