Great location to access the vibrant port area
Felt cramped, very limited storage to unpack suitcases, no shower door and support for shower wand was loose so that if water was turned up anywhere near 50% the head would rotate upward against exposed wall and run out into floor. Also no hooks in bathroom to hang towels, robe or clothes on. Also had shower drainage issues

Location was good for exploring the area. We lucked out with parking being available- that was critical for us.
We could not leave the curtains open as we faced the main street - no privacy. Hot tub was unusable - very dirty.

Housekeeping does a decent job even if some items need changing (dirty old shower drain, stain on bed cover), owner clearly is not upkeeping the place enough (recent washing machine though).
No privacy whatsoever, large windows give directly on the road. Bad soundproofing, lots of lights at night.
