The studio room was lovely, the fittings looked fairly new, and the bed was huge. Views over the rooftops to the lake and hills. Plenty of hot water for the shower. Towel warmer. This studio was at a better price than many other offerings that had truly eye watering prices. Note, we booked the night before and our stay included a Saturday, which probably limited our options. Dedicated parking spot. Bus stop nearby if guests have no car.

Steep steps up to the Studio past the main house, made trickier by a car parked in the driveway partially blocking access, and a NZ Flax plant further obstructing the walkway and causing a tripping hazard. Franklin Rd is more like a dead end lane. Thankfully my husband is very good at tricky parking. If you go nose first into the car park spot, getting out is tricky, or you can choose a tricky reverse park and easy exit.

Good location for us easy with a car. Value for money.

Could have done with a sink in the room to wash up dishes. Thin walls and if next door had a shower at the same time water went cold.

Gute Ausgangsposition incl Bushaltestelle. Einrichtung und Ausstattung waren wie von uns erwartet. Die ausgelegten Informationsflyer können bei der Auswahl von Aktivitäten helfen. Der Smart TV hat super funktioniert. Sehr bequemes Bett. Strassengeräusche gut abgedämmt.

Der Haartrockner war defekt. Der schöne Ausblick auf den See wurde durch den Zustand des davor liegenden Hauses ziemlich beeinträchtigt. Die Treppen zum Objekt ist ziemlich steil und nicht für beeinträchtigte Menschen geeignet. Ein scharfes Haushaltsmesser wäre wünschenswert. Allg. sehr hellhörig zu den Nachbarn.
