About this house rental
The Spruce Hus (pronounced ‘hoos ‘) is self-contained with its own private entrance.
Clad in Canadian Cedar on the outside and Scandinavian Spruce on the inside it has a wonderful ambiance.
The lake is on your doorstep with just a 2 minute walk to it and the lakeside trail which connects to Queenstown via Frankton in one direction or to Jack's Point in the other direction.
Driving by car to Queenstown takes approx, 20 to 30 minutes, or to the 2 ski areas approx 30 minutes each.
There is also a water taxi available to take you to Queenstown if you prefer something different. A bus service operates hourly between 8am and 10pm.

Exactly what we wanted for our 3 day stay in Queenstown. Was refreshing staying out of the city centre. The lake is genuinely a very short walk from the property. It felt very private and we enjoyed hanging out at the our Stayz accommodation. Amenities were great.
