Location, size, facilities, one can see the Milky Way from the balcony easily, it’s mid way to allow town and queenstown
Nothing major but it can get warm so need to know how to moderate the temperature.

View: The view was lovely, though it was a shame that the rubbish area in the parking lot blocked the river.
Location: Very convenient for public transport; the bus stop is right in front of the property.
Cleanliness: Generally very clean, except for a lot of hair on the living room carpet.

The space was clean and the bed was comfortable. There were restaurants and a small store close to the property so you didn't have to drive into Queenstown for meals.
