Hacienda Cuatro Ventanas

- Beautiful garden and view of sunset from an infinity pool - Owner was amazing and helpful, gave us lots of suggestions for things to see - Peaceful location, close to Puerto del la Cruz but very few other tourists - Parking on site - Spacious apartments with outdoor seating, fully equipped kitchen and smart tv

- Bit of noise from the roads, but not too bad - Room fan was very noisy so on 1/2 hot nights we weren't as comfortable - Maybe a bit more suited to families than couples, as the pool was often occupied by young children

Para mí ha sido una experiencia única !!!!!buscaba descanso paz y tranquilidad y lo encontré me encantó lo cuidado que está todo, sus jardines sus flores la verdad que lo recomiendo sin dudarlo si quieren desconectar una maravilla.

Lo único que digo como eje de mejora es tener más toallas para la zona de piscina dado que se nos quedaban húmedas xq no nos tocaron los días muy soleados pero nada más

The views were spectacular particularly at sunset. Location was walking distance to Playa Socorro and conveniently located near the hiking trail to Mt. Tiede. The grounds were well kept within a tranquil garden setting with several private sitting areas nicely spaced apart. The shared pool was clean, relaxing and overlooking the ocean. I stayed in San André a two bedroom suite with sea views and welcoming fresh flowers. It was like being at home with plenty of space for our family. The kitchen was equipped for making meals since there was only one restaurant waking distance which by the way was very good. The living and bedroom space was comfortable, well equipped and uniquely decorated. Check in instructions were perfect, make sure you read them. Once you're there you're on your own. Staff only works from 8 - 4pm. Communication with the owner was great. She was always very responsive and provided valuable recommendations. I would definitely stay again.

Because the property didn't have AC we slept with the windows open which provided a lovely breeze. The only negative was the nearby highway noise throughout the night, gardener's working/mowing at 7am in the morning, and we couldn't help the roosters crowing at very early hours but that is part of the culture. So, if you like to sleep in, sleep with the windows closed. Although the staff is very friendly, they only clean every other day but we were ok with that. They give you enough clean towels you don't need constant visits. Parking can be tricky if the Hacienda is full. We were late birds so on one night we had to park outside but then we figured out creative parking options.
