Casa Punta Brava is a spacious and bright apartment full of charm, located right by the sea in one of the most special areas of Puerto de la Cruz, in northern Tenerife.
The highlight of the property is its private terrace with sea views—a unique spot to have breakfast outdoors, relax, spend time with family, listen to the waves, and enjoy unforgettable sunsets. Few accommodations in the area offer such a direct and special view of the ocean, making this one of the main experiences of staying at Casa Punta Brava.
The apartment measures 110 m² and features a comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, and two bathrooms (one en suite in the main bedroom). It can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests, making it ideal for families, groups of friends, couples traveling with friends, or long stays in Tenerife.

Pros: Das Check in hat tiptop geklappt. Die Lage und die Ausstattung der Wohnung war sehr gut. Der Vermieter war freundlich und immer erreichbar.
Das Wetter war etwas kühl und wir hatten ziemlich kalt respektive es war feucht in der Wohnung. Nachdem wir jedoch den Vermieter kontaktiert haben, war er am gleichen Abend mit einem Gasheizer vor Ort.
Cons: Da wir gerne selber kochen, dürfte die Küchenausstattung etwas mehr sein.

Der Empfang durch Juan war sehr freundlich. Er ist ein sehr angenehmer, pünktlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Die Ferienwohnung war wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und neuwertig eingerichtet. Kostenfreie Parkplätze gab es ausreichend direkt vor der Haustür. Vom Loro Park war nichts zu hören. Bars umd kleine Supermärkte gab es fußläufig. Der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer und dem Schlafzimmer über die große Terrasse auf das Meer war unbeschreiblich. Alles was wir benötigten war da. Einzig der Toaster und ein paar Weingläser fehlten, diese haben wir jetzt beigestellt für die nächsten Mieter. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.
