Villa Syrah was built in 2004 on a plot of 550 m² with modern style finishes. It is located in Punta Brava, just behind the Loro Parque. Restaurants, shops and the beach are within a 5-10 minute walk. The villa is flooded with light thanks to its large windows and glazed surfaces. More than 700 m² of living space offer enough space for up to 12 people. Right at the entrance is the 60 m² living room with comfortable sofas for up to 10 people. From here you have a direct view and access to the pool. Next to it is the spacious, fully equipped kitchen. Since it was used by the owner himself, nothing is missing here. There is a large fridge with freezer which offers ice cubes and crushed ice at any time, wine cooler, water filter and much more. In the kitchen there is a large dining table, but also outside, just in front of the kitchen, there is an additional table for up to 10 people, where you can eat outdoors. There are sun loungers by the pool. There is also a barbecue available. The pool is 3,50 x 9 meters long and 1,50 - 1,90 m deep. The chlorine system is salt-based, so it is suitable for sensitive skin. Next to the pool there is a nice barbecue area and a shower with hot water. Behind the house, basketball fans can relax. Opposite the kitchen there is a guest toilet and the spacious TV room with satellite TV and two large sofas. Just behind one of the bedrooms there is a room with a double bed. In this room you will also find a working area with computer and printer. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, two of them with en suite bathrooms and an additional bathroom with bathtub. Three of the bedrooms have private balconies. The master bedroom has a dressing room, en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and separate shower and a small fridge. In this bedroom, a beautiful balcony offers spectacular views of the sea and the Teide. The basement (recently renovated) has a fully equipped gym with treadmill, multifunctional machine, exercise bike, elliptical trainer, mirror, vibrator, TV, etc. In addition, there is a lounge area, extra large 75 inch TV, internet connection, a PlayStation and Nintendo Wii console with a multitude of games and home cinema. There is also a pool table, table football and lots of board games - a fantastic new area to enjoy! The villa also has a large kitchen-dining room and a bedroom on the same floor. The villa also has a first aid kit and fire extinguishers.
