Villa de lujo Concordia Piscina climatizada y excelentes vistas

Zwembad is mooi maar stuk kleiner dan lijkt op de foto’s. De ruimte binnen en buiten is groot, BBQ was goed, handdoeken prima!

Overall is het huis uitgeleefd. Je voelt dat hier normaliter geen mensen wonen en het alleen verhuurd wordt. Badkamers niet schoon, overal kalkaanslag, geen prettige geur (ook gedurende het verblijf). Keuken zeer matig ingericht qua spullen, oud, elektrisch fornuis functioneert niet altijd. Oven gelukkig wel! Hele huis is koud en klam. Daarom staan er overal ook luchtverfrissers is het huis want het ruikt muf.

The villa was incredible, the host was lovely and it's location to PDLC was superb, the pool was heated, the beds were comfortable and those views were absolutely breath taking. There was also some water and a bottle of wine on the table when we arrived which was a nice touch. The inside of the villa is beautiful and spacious with many rooms, the sofa is very comfortable and there is an indoor room offering the lovely views if the weather prevents being outside. One thing to note about the villa is that it's on a mountain near the coast, offering you incredible views but at the cost of cold winds when it's windy and harsh sun when it's sunny, be prepared for both extremes! Body wash and hair wash was provided in each and every bathroom, tea, coffee, some sugar and saccharin were also provided. Nearest shop is a ~10 minute walk away, with a Venezuelan restaurant even closer, pharmacy just down the road and trash is outside the door, bus stop right outside the villa should you not be renting a car, we found the garage to be very useful in keeping your car cool in the hot weather. Overall it was a very lovely stay and I would recommend this villa.

Some of the amenities were a little on the low side, but there was just enough, things like toilet roll, dish soap, trash bags, charcoal for the BBQ was not included, there were no instructions on how to use the remote that comes with the keys, it has 4 buttons, I didn't learn I could open the gate until the end of day 1, or that I could open the garage until day 3.

La piscina es una maravilla, ideal para pasar horas en ella. El resto de la casa es muy confortable y cómoda. Las vistas son espectaculares. Si vas a visitar el norte, es ideal.

La cuesta que hay para llegar a la casa es muy pronunciada y como no domines bien el coche puede suponer un problema. Se entra por el garaje y para subir a la casa hay bastantes escaleras pero no ascensor.

La casa es excelente con espectaculares vistas al mar, desde el sofá. Después de cada jornada los bañitos en la piscina fueron la guinda del pastel. La anfitriona siempre resolvió nuestras dudas de forma rápida y eficiente. En resumen, buen lugar para descansar y recargar pilas.
