About this house rental
This comfortable vacation rental home offers 249 m2 of living space. Its unique design allows for ample natural light throughout. In the center of the house, there is a charming "patio" around which all the rooms are arranged. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking. Additionally, there is an outdoor kitchen located next to the spacious barbecue area, private pool (4 x 8 meters), and garden, which spans a total area of 1800 m2. A private car park is also available.
Upon entering the main entrance, turning left leads to a small room that can serve as a bedroom (with a sleeper sofa) or as a workspace or retreat area. Adjacent to this room is another bedroom with two single beds, and next to it, a bathroom with a shower. Further along, there is a bedroom with a double bed and the main bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom featuring a shower and bathtub. The high-quality wooden furniture in the house is over 100 years old, and some rooms also feature custom-made furniture. Continuing down the hallway, there is another bedroom with a double bed overlooking the pool. Behind it is the living room, equipped with satellite TV, providing access to the pool area with a barbecue and a ping pong table. Next to the living room, there is a spacious dining room and the kitchen, which also has access to the garden and garage.
Free Wi-Fi is available, and upon request, a baby bed and high chair can be provided free of charge.

The month we stayed celebrating a milestone birthday with family, friends was simply amazing. The villa offers plenty of room for everyone to relax. Spending the days outdoor by the pool (which we heated), enjoying the gardens and each other were made even better using the outdoor kitchen.The people (owner, family, representative) couldn't have been nicer. You can walk to Loro Parque and Punta Brava beach. We spent many evenings walking into the center plaza, finding amazing restaurants, cafes, shops. The plaza has a taxi stand for a quick ride back to the villa.Highly recommend and hope to visit again!

The house is very spacious and lots of beautiful outside space, gorgeous gardens, lovely pool, beds very comfortable, small issues with hobs and ovens but the outside kitchen with bbq made cooking for all of us easy. Would highly recommend for large groups like ourselves, our three teenage cousins absolutely loved it.

The contact with Irene went very well. All our questions about car rental, for example, were answered quickly. Check-in also went very well. The holiday villa looked clean and fine. Just like the garden which looks beautiful. We stayed with 11 people and had a wonderful stay. Thanks for the nice stay
