I especially liked the welcome. Being met by the host at 10pm was above and beyond. The location is superb and difficult to beat. The layout of the place and the goodies drawer made it easy to be comfortable.

The location is perfect, within a few minutes of walking distance from many historical places to visit and many nice cafés and restaurants. The owner and his assistant were extremely helpful, giving me many as suggestions to make my stay memorable. The apartment is fully equipped, even including a laundry machine and dish washer!
Being a daily bath taker, I had wishes to have a bathtub, but for my short stay, it was not really any issue.

Really clean, very confortable, awesome central location, all the amneties needed were there (inclouding washing machine and dishwasher).
There was no WiFi, due to some technical issue, but roaming was enough.
