Missing of some kitchen stuffs

The apartment was spacious, bright, had modern lighting and the bedrooms were comfortable and clean. The location was ideal for our purposes.

The host was very hard to get a hold of and did not reply to any messages or questions of mine until the day of check in, and only after several tries to call as they had not sent us any instructions on how to get into the apartment. The apartment bathroom was not stocked adequately and smelled pretty bad. There is no nearby parking for more than 2-4 hours at a time, so you will have to keep moving your car.

Great location, right in the city center. Surrounded by fancy bars, restaurants, etc. Host was friendly, cleaning lady was talkative. The block of flats is next door to the British embassy, hence the property felt secure.

Cleanliness could be vastly improved. The property felt fairly dirty. Shower head fell off the first night of our stay. The windows in one of the bedrooms were inoperable. Linen smelled funny. We were a group of 4, yet we were only provided 2 pairs of towels. Kitchen sponge and kitchen cloth were dirty and had obviously been used before. No soap, detergent, toilet paper, tissues, whatsoever. After contacting the host another, on the second and last day of our stay, 2 sets of towels alongside new kitchen sponge, cloth and soap were brought to us. Neither the window nor the shower head wer ever repaired. Taking a shower was challenging.
