    It was a really great experienced stay at CLLIX; the rooms are perfect, clean, tidy, and include everything you need. The location is excellent as well, only a few minutes' walk to the tram and Westland Market. Many great food options are around the place. It was so convenient to live here without a car, or even with one since it also provides free parking if requested

    Water kettle is dirty. TV had a layer of dust on it. Sofa, floor, bedside table are all dirty. Probably need to get a different cleaning company. Corridor is v smelly and warm over my 2 nights stay here. BTW, there's also 2 building and depend on your luck on which one you'll get.

    Wasn't the best accommodation. Our room has a very strong bleach smell that when we arrived the balcony door was wide open to air out the smell. The ensuite bathroom sink was blocked and would fill with water. The floors were sticky. There were crumbs and food in-between the couches the my little ones were pulling out. The rug and couches in the lounge room were stained and very dirty. The outdoor pool was cold and not heated, so we could not use for the kids. I would not stay again.
