    Good staff, very friendly and helpful. But the TV at room frequent breaks down when watching YouTube. Repair once, but I can't use the TV. The staff said they would do renovations including the TV.

    Amazing location and beautiful buffet breakfast, have lots of varieties. The room is spacious, however, its a bit dated. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. My husband forgot his phone in a taxi, Jack at concierge helped us find out the taxi registration licence, find the phone with the minimum stress. His service is beyond and we are very grateful

    Hotel is old and really needs a good renovation. Even the floor that is carpeted is very uneven.
