    A really high class hotel, cleanliness was amazing, staff were so helpful, accommodating and polite! I was a bit confused by the automatic lights in the room at one stage (there is a master switch by the bed you need to ensure is on if you want the lights and power to work!!!) but we really enjoyed our stay. The restaurant was average - do not get the eggs Benedict in the morning as they made the hollandaise out of vegetable margarine and not butter? That's sacrilegious ! Amazing staff though and a good brekky.

    We had a wonderful stay at The Westin Brisbane. The hotel's location was one of its biggest highlights. It was conveniently situated within walking distance of great restaurants, shopping, and many of Brisbane's main attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. It provided plenty of space to relax after a day of sightseeing, and the bed ensured we had a restful night's sleep. The room was also well maintained and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The service throughout our visit was warm, professional, and attentive. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and eager to help, making us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. Overall, The Westin Brisbane exceeded our expectations with its excellent location, spacious accommodations, and outstanding hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily choose this hotel again on our next visit to Brisbane.
