    Comfortable stay here decent sized kitchen with an outside bar aswell fairly near the train station but the buses are more utilised. Downside is the laundry facilities a lot of the machines were broken which meant a lot of people were waiting to use them

    Worst experience in a hostel ever. Living in a queen size bed with ensuit and the sound proofing is terrible. We are close to the bathroom and we can hear people smashing the door almost all night till 1am, and also of course their talking…. Almost did not sleep at all. We choose hostel most for the kitchen, otherwise, hotel would be much better I think. Not worth the money. I’ve cancelled my book for future stay with them in Brisbane.

    Extremely disappointed,4 days almost cold water for showers,in middle of winter this is bad ,told reception first day and after speaking to manager 3 days later it was fixed same day. Today went to toilet and found no toilet paper when needed, staff had opened the holder and taken the cardboard centre, but forgot to put roll. Yha is most expensive hostel and yet the company can't afford proper mattresses, only hostels using cheap foam ones. Mine is sunken in middle, making it very uncomfortable. Absolute worst thing is at breakfast they have no toaster, never experienced that anywhere ever.
