About this house rental
**GORGEOUS NEW HOUSE** - Not a condo, not a duplex, not a townhouse. This is a private house with an elevator and private beach walkway.
Built and opened for rental in June 2018. PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS.
**LINENS AND TOWELS PROVIDED FOR NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE**
This 4 bedroom house is equipped with an ELEVATOR!! You won't find that in most beach rentals - no struggling with your luggage and groceries. A private master suite occupies the top floor. It has a beautiful ocean view, KING SIZE BED, large bathroom, luxurious shower, and a comfortable chair by the window to read or nap. Two more bedrooms also have KING SIZE BEDS!!! The fourth bedroom sleeps as many as 5. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's. We request only Saturday to Saturday rental periods until after mid August. Remember, THREE out of four bedrooms have KING SIZE BEDS. Fourth bedroom with multiple nice bunk beds (see pics). The house features six flat screen TVs with cable (including HBO) and high-speed wireless internet service. Three bedrooms are on the first floor. One has a private bath and one has a private balcony. There is one additional bathroom on the first floor, with a beautiful tile shower. All bedrooms have hardwood floors and nine foot ceilings. The elevator provides service to all floors, so no need to climb stairs with your suitcases. The house and all furnishings are absolutely new as of June 2018. Flat screen televisions are in all bedrooms, the living room, and even the kitchen (SMART TV's). The second floor has a 10 foot ceiling and open floor plan with ocean view. Large, fully furnished, beautiful kitchen with granite countertops and a huge island. A great front porch provides westward views of the waterway and sunsets. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room if an additional bed is needed. This sleeper has a special mattress that is far more comfortable than a typical old-fashion terrible sleeper sofa mattress. A nice laundry room features a new washer and dryer, along with lots of storage space. Plenty of parking available for up to six cars. A nice outdoor shower (with hot water) is located on the ground floor. The private walkway to the beach extends directly from the parking pad to the beach sand. A large storage cabinet on the parking level is outfitted with beach chairs for your use.

Host owner Stephen was cordial and helpful in answering my questions. House was spacious and comfortable, with master bedroom suite isolated on top floor. Large uncovered balcony on top floor had private door for all to enjoy without entering master bedroom. One floor below master suite was combination kitchen, dining, and living rooms (including one-half bath) which were spacious with large ocean-view windows, as well as a small balcony with views of the Sound. Next floor down had three bedrooms (one king-size with private bath) and one king-size with small private ocean-view balcony, and one with four bunk beds, one of which was a double bed, and one shared bathroom in the hall, plus a separate laundry room. The best feature of the house was the elevator which was accessible from the parking area to every floor. For people with walking disabilities, this was invaluable and imperative to have, but there were spacious stairs for those wanting that access. Only big complaint was lack of thorough cleaning of the house, especially in closets, corners, etc. Even the handrails in the elevator were only cleaned on top, not underneath where one’s hand wrapped around railing. Biggest reasons I would want to rent here again is the convenient elevator, balcony views, and very comfortable beds. Thank you Stephen.

This place is awesome. We went off season for a family wedding and glad stayed here. The house was bigger than we needed, but the immense size enabled us to watch the annual airshow from the top deck. We bought some fresh local Blackburn Brothers seafood (shoutout for the helpful lady there who told us about the airshow;) and cooked it up in the kitchen. Twice. Yum! A few glitches, but our host helped us out NP. Very responsive.

We liked this property as we stayed here last summer. The location is great and the rooms accommodated our family. The property wasn’t as clean as it was a year ago which was disappointing. The hosts messaged us allowing us to check in early which was so kind. The kitchen sink and the sink in the powder room never got hot water which was concerning
