About this house rental
**GORGEOUS NEW HOUSE** - Not a condo, not a duplex, not a townhouse. This is a private house with an elevator and private beach walkway.
Built and opened for rental in June 2018. PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS.
**LINENS AND TOWELS PROVIDED FOR NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE**
This 4 bedroom house is equipped with an ELEVATOR!! You won't find that in most beach rentals - no struggling with your luggage and groceries. A private master suite occupies the top floor. It has a beautiful ocean view, KING SIZE BED, large bathroom, luxurious shower, and a comfortable chair by the window to read or nap. Two more bedrooms also have KING SIZE BEDS!!! The fourth bedroom sleeps as many as 5. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's. We request only Saturday to Saturday rental periods until after mid August. Remember, THREE out of four bedrooms have KING SIZE BEDS. Fourth bedroom with multiple nice bunk beds (see pics). The house features six flat screen TVs with cable (including HBO) and high-speed wireless internet service. Three bedrooms are on the first floor. One has a private bath and one has a private balcony. There is one additional bathroom on the first floor, with a beautiful tile shower. All bedrooms have hardwood floors and nine foot ceilings. The elevator provides service to all floors, so no need to climb stairs with your suitcases. The house and all furnishings are absolutely new as of June 2018. Flat screen televisions are in all bedrooms, the living room, and even the kitchen (SMART TV's). The second floor has a 10 foot ceiling and open floor plan with ocean view. Large, fully furnished, beautiful kitchen with granite countertops and a huge island. A great front porch provides westward views of the waterway and sunsets. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room if an additional bed is needed. This sleeper has a special mattress that is far more comfortable than a typical old-fashion terrible sleeper sofa mattress. A nice laundry room features a new washer and dryer, along with lots of storage space. Plenty of parking available for up to six cars. A nice outdoor shower (with hot water) is located on the ground floor. The private walkway to the beach extends directly from the parking pad to the beach sand. A large storage cabinet on the parking level is outfitted with beach chairs for your use.

Beautiful home - great access to the beach, beautiful views of both the beach and sound! The house is large and we did not feel cramped everyone a space if they just wanted time alone or if you wanted gathering time. Did not have to bring sheets or towels which was a real bonus. Owners are extremely responsive when there was a little issue!

The property images is as shown and an easy walk to the beach. The property claimed it had a working elevator, however it did not operate as claimed while we were there and unfortunately there was no information on who to call if that happened .The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. With everything that you need, the kitchen was well equipped.

We really enjoyed our stay and made a lot of wonderful memories! The access to the beach was very easy because of the private walkway, which really made it easy for everyone, especially our young grandchildren. Also, the elevator made it easy to unload and load suitcases and groceries. Very clean and there is a large laundry room. We would stay there again.

We had a great time! The house was nice and big. There was 6 of us, our age ranged from 64 to 84 years old. The house supplies were great! There was enough beach and bathroom towels. The kitchen was supplied with enough cooking utensils, dishes, glasses and silverware. The view of the ocean was beautiful. Even though there was a house in front, we sat higher.
The reason for the single star in cleanliness, the place could use a really good cleaning. It was really dirty. Tried to vacuum but the vacuum itself was filthy, clogged solid at the filter with dirt! It wouldn’t pickup anything. I was on vacation! I didn’t want to have to clean. The place could use new mattresses. This place needs a really good cleaning company! Get all the cons done, this place would be a great place to rent.
