With central air, complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, and parking for 3-4 vehicles, the home is designed for both comfort and convenience. The living room, located on the 3rd floor, features a flat-screen TV, seating for seven, two rocking chairs, and access to an ocean-view balcony.
The kitchen and dining area offer plenty of space to prepare and enjoy meals together, with a dining table for eight and a kitchen counter with five bar stools. Modern appliances, including a refrigerator, flat-top stove, microwave, and small appliances like a coffee maker and blender, make meal prep a breeze. The home also includes a washer and dryer for added convenience.
With five bedrooms, including two master suites, everyone will have their own space to unwind. The first master suite on the 2nd floor offers ocean views, a king bed, a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower, and a private balcony. This beach house was enjoyed during our family stay.. The beach house was cleaned and all furnishings were up to date. The elevator assisted greatly with bringing up from the vehicles.It was plenty of room and the view of the beach was phenomenal.

We loved the property. It was nice and had everything we needed for our group.
Some cons:
-We weren't able to fully get into the house at the check in time as the cleaners were still working on it. This wasn't a huge issue besides there was NO communication on it. We showed up and the cleaners informed us.
-There was multiple spots on the carpet (which was freshly shampooed to try to clean it) and broken items. We did notify the management company and they offered to come fix it which we didn't reject as we just wanted to enjoy our time there. Nothing major, just something that will hopefully be fixed.
-There was barely any toilet paper, trash bags or paper towels. We had to buy all of those during our stay. Some bathrooms had a partial toilet paper roll in them and some had none.
-watch walking on the balcony without shoes as there were come exposed nail heads
Pros:
-beautiful home
-plenty of parking
-proximity to the beach
-elevator was an amazing touch!
-super nice home, decorated nicely, comfy furniture
Overall, we loved the home and would love to come back. None of the above items were deal breakers by any means. Highly recommend staying here.
