About this house rental
Who doesn't love a wrap-around rocking chair porch? This is a pet friendly home known as "Nest Egg", and you'll want to invest your time enjoying the close by beach access and rustic charm from a bygone era. There are two bedrooms located on the main level (both have a Queen bed) and two more upstairs (one with a Queen and the other with 3 Twin beds). For extra guests or kids you can also use the Queen-sized sleeper sofa located in the main level Queen bedroom.
There are two full bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen to complete this home, along with a separate dining room that seats 4 - perfect for a late night game of Spades! The kitchen table also seats 4 and there are 3 barstools at the kitchen counter.
You can't beat Carolina beach for family fun and your family will want to come back often and stay at the "Nest Egg"!
***Note that owner reserves the right to occupy the lower level of the structure with at least a 24 hour notice, but this is a very rare occurrence strictly for maintenance or emergencies.***
Occupancy 11: Sun/Sun rental in Summer. Min two night stay other seasons. Pets welcome with fee.

Parking: Parking for four vehicles
Prohibited: Smoking, Grilling on Deck
Pet Policy: Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking when the option to bring a pet and number of pets are selected. Nonrefundable fees are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not included automatically when booking on VRBO and must be paid separately to the host if you wish to bring a pet(s). Failure to disclose and prepay for dogs will result in penalty fees which are disclosed in House Rule #16.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
Bryant Real Estate, established in 1952, is a professionally operated firm that is licensed in North Carolina and hired by the property owner to manage “C215 – Nest Egg” as a vacation rental.

We went down to visit & help some friends. The house was nice we loved the porch and spent a lot of our free time on it. Bryant real estate was always really good about getting back with us with any questions we had. We would definitely go and stay again if we went back

If you don’t mind an older beach property… this is the place to stay. It was across the street from an east walkable beach access. We had toddlers and a 90+ with us and everyone walked to the beach. Accessible to quick store runs. Lots of local food options. Great experience for us.

My family took our first family vacation in 9 years and we absolutely loved the Nest Egg!! It was in the best location with the beach access across the street. Our kids had an awesome time laughing on the porch and it was a perfect place for us to enjoy each other. Carolina Beach did not disappoint. We will be repeat customers!

House is right across the street from the beach access which is great. It is on the north end close to Freeman Park which allows dogs all day, can drive on this beach if you have a 4x4.
The house is spacious and the wrap around porch is nice. Inside the old girl is tired and in need of a makeover. It’s comfortable but no frills. Water had a very strong sulphur smell the first day which dissipated with use.
