Awarded by the DTV with 5 stars you live in a comfortable, very spacious, ground floor apartment with about 125 sqm living space.
2 bedrooms, each with private bathroom, one with shower, the other with bath and additional separate guest toilet in the entrance area.
Large living / dining kitchen and high quality, yet modern furnished living room with adjoining covered terrace. This is followed by a large garden. Terrace and garden for sole use. From garden furniture and deckchairs to sun loungers and hammocks everything is there.
The most beautiful view of recreation: The unique view of Lake Constance, from Pfänder via Lindau island to the Swiss Säntis massif is unparalleled. Surrounded by nature-protected undeveloped slopes and a grown environment, the secluded location of Villa Hoyerberg offers peace and quiet, not in the middle of it, but close to it.
The spacious kitchen is well equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, Nesspresso machine and plenty of dishes.
The apartment has parquet and tiled floors and is therefore allergy friendly. TV, stereo and DVD player in the living room and 1 additional TV in the bedroom are also available. Parking, wireless lan, washing machine and tumble dryer are offered free of charge. You are also welcome to store your bikes. On request, we also provide a cot and a high chair available.
Within walking distance bakery, local fruit and vegetable shop as well as city bus stop can be reached. A large supermarket is only 1 kilometer away. The Lindau island is about 3 km away. Dogs on request, fee flat rate 75 €).
Final cleaning, bed linen and 1 set of towels per person are included. The tourist tax is calculated separately and paid to the community.
With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week. Due to the existing key safe even a late arrival is easily possible.

Die Lage der Villa ist herausragend! Hier findet man Ruhe und Erholung. Die Wohnung am Hang mit Blick über die Insel Lindau und den Bodensee begeistert mich immer wieder. Das Gartengrundstück vor der großen überdachten Terrasse ist für Gäste mit Hund optimal. Auf der großen überdachten Terrasse kann man auch bei weniger gutem Wetter noch gemütlich sitzen. Wir fühlen uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl und die individuelle Einrichtung trägt dazu bei. Die Küche ist komplett mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Diese Ferienwohnung ist mein Lieblingsobjekt und wir werden immer wieder kommen!

Sehr schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit ebenso schönem Garten und Terrasse sowie tollem Blick auf den Bodensee und die Berge. Hervorzuheben ist die individuelle, sehr persönliche Einrichtung mit vielen Accessoires. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und haben deshalb auch nichts zu kritisieren. Absolut perfekt wäre, wenn noch eine Mikrowelle vorhanden wäre.

Wir sind mit allen wichtigen Informationen angereist und wurden hier vom Team "Fee vom See" bestens betreut. Das Objekt bietet eine absolute Traum-Aussichtslage über den Bodensee und die Insel Lindau bis nach Bregenz und Dornbirn. Atemraubend! Auch von Wohnzimmer/Esszimmer/Küche hat man diesen grandiosen Blick!
Die Räumlichkeiten sind geschmackvoll ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. In der Küche sind alle Küchenutensilien vorhanden die man benötigt, falls man mal kochen möchte. Es ist absolut ruhig und kuschelig. Wir sind begeistert und werden ganz sicher wieder kommen - in unser Traum-Ferienobjekt!!

Die Wohnung entspricht 100% der Beschreibung .Fernab vom Trubel ,dennoch relativ nahe beim Zentrum . Die Ausstattung ist perfekt ,alles ( z. B .warmes Wasser ,Heizung ) funktioniert sehr gut .Ausführliche Beschreibungen aller Geräte sorgfältig in einer Mappe einsortiert .Kleiner
Vorschlag : Menschen ,die sich gerne abends in der Wohnung aufhalten , würden sich über Hinweise auf sämtliche vorhandenen Fernsehprogramme mit Kanalangabe freuen ( sind keine privaten Fernsehkanäle vorhanden ? ).Erspart anfängliche Sucherei .
ABER : Wohnung rundum empfehlenswert ! Die 5 Sterne sind absolut berechtigt.
