Enjoy a relaxing vacation in this spacious, rural vacation rental on the outskirts of Lindau. It offers a wonderful view across the vineyards—which border the expansive property—all the way to Lake Constance and the Alps. This bright, ground-floor 3-room apartment with two bedrooms features modern and stylish furnishings, with an emphasis on high-quality materials.
The building was recently completely renovated, and the landscaping will be completed by June 2024. You’ll find a modern apartment featuring a kitchen, dining and living areas, a bathroom with a toilet, and an additional guest restroom. Two bedrooms with double beds provide quiet retreats. The blackout curtains in the bedrooms ensure a restful and peaceful night’s sleep.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, toaster, electric kettle, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, and plenty of dishes.
A bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet provide all the comfort you need for your stay. The accommodations are ideal for both couples and families.
This allergy-friendly, non-smoking property features high-quality flooring in all rooms.
From the terrace (scheduled for completion by June 2024), you can enjoy the view both during breakfast and while sipping an evening aperitif. A special vantage point at the upper end of the property is also available for balmy and convivial summer nights.
When you arrive, the beds will already be made, and a set of towels and kitchen towels, as well as a starter kit with cleaning, dishwashing, and hygiene supplies, will be waiting for you. Final cleaning and laundry are included. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
A bike rental shop is located near the vacation rental. Of course, there are many other recreational activities available, such as hiking, golf, mini-golf, water sports, and skiing in the winter. The new Lindau Thermal Baths are also worth a visit!
You can reach the historic Lindau Island and the train station in about 15 minutes by car or easily by bike.
Upon arrival, you’ll receive the “Echt-Bodensee-Card,” which grants you free travel on buses and trains throughout the Lindau city area, as well as many discounts on excursions. Lindau, a bicycle-friendly city, features a modern, climate-friendly mobility concept with a forward-thinking parking plan. You can park your vehicle at one of the affordable P&R lots and use the free service described above—the Echt-Bodensee-Card—for your transportation needs.
Whether you’re adventurous or more laid-back, a food and wine lover or more sports- and adventure-oriented—the offerings in and around Lindau are extremely diverse and attractive.
You can check in and out 7 days a week. Thanks to the key safe on-site, late check-ins are also no problem.
