Light flooded 3 room duplex new apartment with large south / west terrace and lake view in the historic Lindau old town in the 2nd + 3rd OG to about 93 sqm. It is equipped for up to 5 people. The approximately 15 square meters terrace overlooking the lake is equipped with high quality balcony furniture, parasol and sunbeds and ensures unforgettable sunset moods.

The top equipped, open kitchen, has dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge, kettle, microwave, coffee machine and plenty of dishes and glasses. The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower.
