Adequate if not great.

Location is fine and apartment was adequate. Literally a two minute walk from the train stop. 10 minute or less train into Lindau. Shower was good.

The bed is hard to navigate because it is against the wall and with two people one has to climb over the other. Not optimum but it was comfortable nonetheless. Parking in the driveway was not organized.

Great accommodation good price and perfect location for exploring.

Great location for exploring Lake Constance at the southern end. Train station and supermarket just across the road made getting about and eating very easy. We are a family of 4 and the accommodation was both comfortable and clean. There was parking which was great as we had a hire car. Perfect for what we needed.

We liked everything but maybe there could be a drying rack for inside clothes drying.

Very comfortable beds, supermarket accros the road. The building is next to the railway but there was not to much noise from the trains.

Comfortable apartment but bedroom on the very small side. Good location and good parking. Easy to get to Lindau Island. Host was good communicator and instructions to access the unit very clear. Enjoyed our stay there. As travellers we would have liked the basics of salt and detergent for the washing machine to truly give an outstanding mark.

Das Apartment hat eine wunderbare Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeit direkt gegenüber eine kleine Pizzeria um die Ecke. Es war super ausgestattet und bietet Komforthammelplatz für sechs Personen. Eine klare Empfehlung!

In den Bädern wären Handtuchhalter praktisch, sonst war nichts an der Wohnung auszusetzen.

Eine zu empfehlende Unterkunft in Lindau!

Die Buchung und der Kontakt waren sehr unkompliziert. Die moderne Ausstattung trug zu unserem angenehmen Aufenthalt bei. In unmittelbarer Nähe befanden sich der Bahnhof und ein Supermarkt, das ersparte die Nutzung eines Fahrzeuges und die Parkplatzsuche.

Квартира дуже сподобалась. Є все необхідне для комфортного перебування,продумано все до дрібниць. А цукерки на кожному ліжечку мою донечку остаточно закохали в цю квартиру. Хороша якість побутової техніки та меблів. Система жалюзі дуже вразила:) В квартирі дуже затишно і приємно.

Мінуси: -Не вистачає шторки у душовій,бризки від душу на всю ванну. -опалення: було досить прохолодно та воду в душі хотілося б мати більш гарячою. -близько до дороги,чути машини,але дорога не завантажена,тож не так страшно для тих,кому важлива тиша.

Neues Haus mit viel Hightech

Das Apartment war neu und die Lage für eine Nacht sehr gut. Gleich gegenüber ist ein REWE mit einem tollen Bäcker. Unweit im "Dorfstüble" haben wir gut gegessen. Die Dusche war groß und wie alles sehr modern.

Der Ausblick in der Parterre war nicht so schön, aber naja, es war auch nicht so teuer und wir waren auf der Durchreise. Die Einrichtung war auf den ersten Blick sehr chic, aber nicht zweckmäßig. Die Couch unbequem, die Stühle knarren. Das Schlafzimmer ist eher eine Nische ohne Tür und eine Waschmaschine brauchen bestimmt die Wenigsten. Ohne Waschmaschine wäre viel mehr Platz im Bad. Aber naja ist ansichtssache. Wir empfanden die Unterkunft auch technisch für überzogen. Für die komplette Beherrschung hätten wir länger bleiben müssen.

Praktische kleine Ferienwohnung nahe Bodensee

Alles sehr schön sauber und ordentlich, neuwertig. Gut gelegen nahe Bahnhof, Supermarkt, Apotheke. Der See ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die wichtigsten Dinge waren alle in guter Qualität vorhanden. Der Check-in verlief einfach und problemlos.

Im Wohnbereich fehlt gemütliche Beleuchtung. Auch fehlen Leselampen an den Betten. Der Schotterparkplatz vor der Terrasse (nur Erdgeschoss) samt Aussicht. Man muss die Fenster geschlossen halten, wenn man nachts nicht durch Autos oder Züge geweckt werden will (Lüftung vorhanden). Man könnte in der Küche noch etwas Geschirr und Besteck hinzufügen.

Sehr schickes Appartement. Modern eingerichtet, alles neuwertig. Schönes Bad. Die Küche enthält alles was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt (außer ausreichend Geschirr)

Für vier Personen ist es leider etwas ungemütlich, da es nur zwei richtige Stühle gibt (plus 2 Stahlhocker). Auch Geschirr und Besteck gibt es jeweils nur vier Mal, so dass man nach jedem Essen spülen muss.

Saubere Unterkunft mit direkter Einkaufsmöglichkeit auf der gegenüberliegenden Strassenseite. Schöne Einrichtung, man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt! Handtücher und Toilettenpapier vorhanden. Für Messe-Besuche in Top Lage, Fahrzeit zum Messegelände 25 Minuten.

Leider war kein Geschirrtuch zum abtrocknen und kein frischer Spüllappen vorhanden.

Un séjour très agréable, nous avons bien dormi grâce à la literie de qualité et les quelques points d’améliorations sera

L’appartement était très propre, spacieux, bien équipé et les lits sont grands et très confortables. Le parking privé, la proximité avec les commerces et la gare qui est directe d’accès à pied sont de gros atouts, nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

La table à manger est un peu petite. Comme nous avions l’appartement en rez de chaussé, il y a eu un peu de passage des quelques résidents des autres appartements et nous n’avons pas pu ouvrir en grand les volets pour garder notre intimité, quelques rideaux supplémentaires un peu plus long serait un plus dans cet appartement.

Très mauvaise expérience

Logement très trompeur. Ce n’est pas un appartement ( comme annoncé) mais un studio avec un lit séparé par une armoire, cuisine et salon dans une seule pièce. Le canapé-lit annoncé est en réalité un canapé sans matelas et inconfortable. On a insisté pour obtenir un matelas d’appoint, livré le 2ᵉ jour. Il a été déposé sans nous prévenir pendant notre absence. L’environnement est catastrophique : rez-de-chaussée collé à une route très passante, en face d’un grand supermarché (ouvert de 7h à 20h) et près de la gare. Entre le trafic et les trains qui passent de 5h à 23h (avec la sonnerie du passage à niveau), le bruit est constant, de jour comme de nuit. Bouchons fréquents sous les fenêtres. La tête du lit est collée à la route ! La "vue jardin" de l'annonce est en fait un parking en gravier avec des mauvaises herbes, et la terrasse donne directement dessus, avec les voitures des voisins garées juste à côté de la table. Merci la pollution! Pas de quoi étendre le linge, les gens font sécher dehors comme ils peuvent. Aucune intimité : nous avons dû garder les volets partiellement fermés et manger à l'intérieur tous les jours à cause du bruit et garder la porte fermée. Photos flatteuses, mais très éloignées de la réalité. On est resté 4 nuits, Plus de 200 € la nuit.

Viele Möbelstücke waren kaputt (Stühle fielen auseinander, Kopfteil eines Bettes war lose, Nachkästchenladen fielen ab), Duschlicht funktionierte nicht, wackeliges Gestell anstelle von Schrank, Schutzfolien an den Fenstern werfen Blasen. Einige Küchenutensilien wie z. B. Abtropfsieb, Salatschüssel fehlen. Einsehbare Terrasse direkt an einer stark befahren Straße, daher nicht nutzbar. (Privatsphäre, Lautstärke). Laufende Warnsignale vom nächstgelegenem Bahnschranken stören konstant. Der beschriebene Garten ist ein Stück uncharmante Wiese. Gehweg zum Badestrand über eine Viertelstunde zu Fuß. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht.

Struttura ben concepita e moderna, ottima posizione (anche se lontani dal centro) vicino a supermercati e stazione e parchi sul lago. Proprietario subito pronto nel supporto.

Climatizzazione poco chiara da far funzionare, sensori di accensione delle luci interne un po' fastidiosi durante la notte. Cuscini troppo morbidi.

Es waren leider nicht alle Fenster mit Rollos (auch keinerlei Gardinen) versehen, daher keine Abdunkelung möglich. Keine indirekte Beleuchtung möglich, nur die grellen Deckenlampen. Wenig Ablagefläche. Wir haben für 4 Personen gebucht. Es war allerdings nur für 2 Personen ein Bett hergerichtet, den Rest mussten wir selbst beziehen.
