About this house rental
A unique vacation home with direct, private lake access, a large play area, and panoramic views of the Alps, sunsets over the lake, and the Wasserburg Peninsula! Suitable for up to 8 people (4 adults and up to 4 children).
1 bedroom with a 1.6 x 2 m bed, 1 bedroom with a 1.4 x 2 m bed, 1 bedroom with a 0.9 x 2 m bunk bed, and 1 bedroom with a 0.8 x 1.8 m bunk bed (suitable only for children). A bathroom with a shower and a separate guest restroom are located on the first floor; another newly renovated bathroom with a shower and toilet is on the upper floor and is directly connected to the master bedroom.
Idyllic location in a scenic conservation area surrounded by diverse vegetation, yet only a 10-minute walk from the center of Wasserburg. Private driveway accessible only to “Haus am See” and the “Boat Service.” Ideal for families, couples, or for the luxury of a private retreat for two. Private natural beach with a fire pit, shallow water for safe access near the shore for children, and a large play area.
The house has the charm of a cozy historic home from the last century and is being renovated in phases. Due to its original character, the property is very well suited for guests who feel at home with the conditions typical of an older building and a lifestyle close to nature.
The owners also use the property regularly themselves; the available water sports equipment is reserved for the owners’ private use.
Amenities for a completely carefree stay:
Upon your arrival, you’ll find freshly made beds, carefully laid out hand towels, shower towels, and dish towels, as well as a starter kit with cleaning, dishwashing, and hygiene supplies. Final cleaning, bed linens, and one set of towels per person per week are included in the price; additional towel sets can be booked at any time as needed.
Important Information:
Dogs are permitted in this accommodation for an additional fee. Flexible check-in and check-out are available seven days a week, and thanks to the key safe on-site, even a late arrival is no problem. Free parking for multiple vehicles is available on the property.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche mit unseren 3 erwachsenen Kindern. Die Lage des Hauses ist wunderschön und besonders.

sehr schöne private Lage, ideal für zwei Familien, schön im Original Stil erhalten. Das Haus und das Grundstück bieten ausreichend Platz. Max geeignet für 6 Erwachsene.

Echt toll das nostalgische Häuschen ,gegenüber Zuhause vermisst man nichts.
Haushaltsartikel sind in vielseitiger Form vorhanden und aufgefüllt.
Wir hatten brachten noch ein Schlauchboot mit,hatten dafür einen guten Seezugang
Uns hat es allen sehr gut gefallen und möchten wieder eimal Ferien dort verbringen

Das Grundstück und die Lage sind sehr schön. Das Haus weist einige Alterserscheinungen auf. Für diesen Preis haben wir einen etwas gehobeneren Standart erwartet. Die Haustür klemmt so, dass man die Tür nur zu zweit aufbekommt. Für mehrere Erwachsene sind die Betten nicht geeignet (2 Doppelbetten, 2 Stockbetten, die zu klein für Erwachsene sind) Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ok. Leider besteht ein Ameisenproblem in der Küche....Das Grundstück und die Aussenansicht haben uns schon überzeugt, aber das Haus müsste für diesen Preis dringend renoviert werden.
