GODENA One-Bedroom Apartment (Pinus) is a 3star Apartment.It is located in 10minutes walking distance from town centre and in 10minutes walking distance from the nearest beach. Interior size is 65m2 and balcony is8m2. It is located on floor: 1. The accommodation has one air conditioner. Air conditioning is located in the living room. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. All guests have the possibility to use a common BBQ in the courtyard of the house.
PARKING: Private parking space is available in the courtyard of the house.
BED DESCRIPTION: 1 double bed +1 extra bed(sofa bed foldable double).If the extra bed is used, there is an additional cost (per person).

It was a great location. Walking distance to the old town or in the other direction, through the woods to the beach. Nice big balcony, comfortable bed and air conditioning. Well equipped apartment. Sara was prompt to answer any issues we had.

Nice stay and recommended place: convenient location, clean, refurbished, self check-in, great communication with manager and owner and attention to detail. Only drawback is that the space is very tiny and it faces a main road, so it’s not very nice to use the terrace or keep the windows open at night.

Appartamento pulito, ben fornito di tutto, con una bella terrazza.
In 15 minuti a piedi si raggiungono
a piedi le spiagge del parco di Punta Corrente e il centro storico.

L"appartamento era dotato di tutti i comfort, il proprietario il sig. Franko molto gentile. La zona era tranquilla vicinissima al centro e altrettanto vicina alla spiaggia. Da ritornare sicuramente. Lo consiglio.
