Nice moments in a beautiful place…

We appreciated the availability and the kindness of Esmeralda who was always here to support and to answer to our questions. The localisation of the flat was perfect, everything was clean, the space and the equipments fully conformed to the description. We received all informations in advance and spent a great time in Rovinj and in the region.

I received a booking confirmation on my e- mail and my account allthoug I didn' make it. It was for similar name of mine but not myself. I contacted the booking support center and told this fact but they didn' t do anything about it.

A Comfortable Stay at Apartment Esmeralda

Apartment Esmeralda provided a comfortable stay for our family's summer vacation. The apartment was clean and featured modern furnishings that gave it a pleasant ambiance. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest throughout our stay. The apartment's location in a quiet street, in close proximity to the sea and the old town, was convenient for exploring Rovinj's attractions while still enjoying a peaceful environment. The backyard with its Mediterranean plants and palm trees added a touch of serenity. Having a spacious parking area at the house was a great convenience. Esma, our host, was very friendly and provided us with helpful information about the apartment, the city, and nearby beaches. On our last day, she even offered us to stay well beyond the checkout time. The kitchen was well-equipped, and there were shops and restaurants nearby for our dining needs. The nearest beach is about a 15-20 minute leisurely walk from the apartment. The beaches along the Zlatni rt forest park offered enjoyable options for beach days and nature walks. Rovinj itself is a beautiful city. For those with a car, we highly recommend taking day trips to Pula (approx. 35 km), Opatija (approx. 80 km), or even Trieste (approx. 100 km) - each destination offers a unique experience. We enjoyed our stay at Apartment Esmeralda and would love to return. Highly recommended!

Great weekend at Rovigno!

Really comfortable facilities with a nice terrace, close to the beach and to the city center. Mateo was super nice. I ll truly recommend Esmeralda Apartments to my friends and family.

We fell in love with Rovinj, the apartment was ideally located to explore the area, near the beaches and supermarket, a

very clean, spacious, lovely balcony to have drinks on with afternoon sunshine.

Location is great,close to beach, old town, grocery shop is right at the corner.Clean and tidy.Great hosts.

Some basic things were missing from the kitchen.Proper plates for soup,something to grab the soup with(seflja),oil,salt,few extra mugs would be nice,and something to stir the food with(kuhaca).Knife for bread needs to be sharped.Sunshade on the balcony cannot be pulled properly down so you cannot stay on the balcony during the day.Lightbulb on the balcony was also not working.needs to be changed.Air condition is old and has a strange smell.We were not able to set any channeles on tv.Wi fi was not working,none of the 2 networks offered to us was working.

Adorable stay in Rovinj

Perfect location: near to the old town, and to the sea as well. Esma, the host is very friendly and helpful: I asked about the coffee machines in the appartement, and as a surprise she bought a Dolce Gusto coffee machine on top of the other 3 existing cofffee maker types to the room! The appartement was comfortable, brand new kitchen and bathroom. The neigborhood is very silent, we didnt even notice someone else is in the other appartements. We enjoyed having our first coffee and breakfast on the balcony. There is a supermarket and a few restaurants only 5 minutes walk away.

3 days stay

Great apartment, very clean, all the necessary facilities are in place. Located in a 10 min walking distance from the center of the old town in a very quiet district. We arrived around 9pm, no issues with a late check in, thank you host!

Großartig

Die Lage war super (zu Fuß 5-10 Minuten in die Altstadt und 10-15 Minuten zum Strand), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die Gastgeberin war unfassbar nett und jederzeit erreichbar. Das Apartment war sauber, gut ausgestattet und das Bett bequem + privater Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden wieder kommen.
