Spacious apartment with private parking just a few minutes from the port and old town.
Apartments Mauro was a great choice for our visit to Rovinj. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, with a sizeable balcony. We did not have a sea view (apartment too low), but we could still see over some of the nearby rooftops, and the balcony stayed shaded for much of the day. The apartment was nice and quiet, was only a block from the grocery store, and only a few minutes walk from the port, the historic old town, and the nearby large wooded park. We liked being able to easily visit everything but be able to stay just outside of the main tourist area. And the private parking (behind a gate) was great!

Accommodation was very clean, located in great part of Rovinj, it was few minutes from city centre and also 2 minutes to marine. The owner was very sympatic, he helped us with everything we needed.

This was the best stay/vacation in Rovinj. The apartment has everything you need, everything is new.
It is located in a quiet place, 10 minut walk away from the city center and near beaches (Zlatni Rt, Mulini beach, city beach Baluota -Monte )

The location of the apartment is excellent about 5-10 minutes walk to the water front.

Prima lokatie, alles binnen loopafstand, we hebben genoten van Rovinj
Ruim appartement met groot balkon en mooi keukenblok waar niets aan ontbrak. Handige hulpmiddelen en mooie afwerking (bv de deurstoppers) en prima beveiligde parkeerplaats met automatische poort
De glazen trapleuning, die ik overigens prachtig vond in het interieur maar waar ik me niet zo goed aan kon vasthouden.

Die Unterkunft ist gut zu erreichen, der wirklich große Parkplatz davor ist hinter einem großen elektrischen Tor gut geschützt. Man muss sich keine Sorgen um sein Auto machen.
Die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt und es ist alles sehr schön, sauber und ordentlich.
Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und es wurde alles erklärt was wir wissen mussten (elektrisches Tor, Klimaanlage, TV-Gerät, alle 3 Tage bekommt man neue, flauschige Handtücher - Toilettenpapier ist genügend vorhanden)
Wir hatten die Wohnung im 3. Stock mit Meerblick und haben täglich auf dem großen Balkon gefrühstückt und teilweise auch zu Abend gegessen und haben den weiten Blick auf das Meer und Rovinj sehr genossen.
Von der Wohnung aus ist man in vielleicht 10 Minuten mitten in Rovinj und kann die guten Restaurants, Geschäfte und das Leben im Ort genießen. Parkplatzsuche fällt aus.
Ganz in der Nähe befinden sich zwei Supermärkte in denen man alles kaufen kann was man an Lebensmitteln braucht.
Mit dem Auto kann man auch sonst jede Menge Geschäfte erreichen (Discounter, Drogeriemarkt).
Die Unterkunft ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. In der Küche haben uns nur eine größere Salatschüssel gefehlt und Suppenteller. Sonst war die Küchenausstattung ausreichend und wie alles andere auch geschmackvoll und ganz neu. Es sind wirklich genügend Tassen, Becher, Gläser (Wein, Wasser, Sekt) da und auch ein Korkenzieher. Es ist wirklich gut ausgestattet, wenn man dort täglich kochen möchte. (Genügend Geschirrtücher, Spülmittel und Schwamm) Zu erwähnen ist auch der große Kühlschrank mit Eisfach. Der Kühlschrank war komplett geräuschlos, was sehr angenehm war.
Die Wohnung verfügt über Rollos, wobei der große Rolladen am Balkonfenster sogar elektrisch ist.
Das Badezimmer ist modern eingerichtet und hat ein Fenster zum Lüften, was mir immer sehr wichtig ist, weil man die Feuchtigkeit nach dem Duschen schnell wieder raus bekommt.

Alles in allem einfach eine Traumhafte Unterkunft, ich habe mich unglaublich wohl gefühlt wollte so gerne noch länger bleiben hätte ich verlängern können aber ich komme definitiv wieder!

Perfekter Rückzugsort in Rovinj – wir kommen wieder!
Die Unterkunft ist toll!
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage ist grandios – ruhig und dennoch zentral – und die Wohnung ist super geräumig, liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick, besonders in den Abendstunden.
Der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus war sehr praktisch, auch wenn er nicht überdacht ist – aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.
Toaster und Wasserkocher waren vorhanden, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Ein Geschirrspüler und eine Kaffeemaschine wären noch das Tüpfelchen auf dem i gewesen – wobei wir zugeben müssen, dass wir in Rovinj ohnehin meist auswärts gegessen haben.
Eigentlich nichts – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Veldig stille område.
Var veldig fornøyd med oppholdet, men skal vi ønske oss noe.Så hadde det vært greit med litt bedre utemøbler og solskjerming på terrassen.
Og ikke minst en oppvaskmaskin 😄

Sehr schönes Apartment in guter Lage
Sehr schönes, neu gebautes, großes und sehr sauberes Apartment mit hochwertiger Ausstattung. Angenehme Klimaanlage und tolles Badezimmer. Die Aussicht samt Meerblick im 2. Stock ist wunderbar. Parkplatz vor der Haustüre.
Das einzige was fehlt ist der Geschirrspüler, ansonsten ist alles vorhanden.

Top Wohnung in Rovinj.
Das Apartment Mauro hat eine tolle Lage in Rovinj, in nur wenigen Minuten ist man am Hafen. Das Apartment befindet sich in einem neuen Haus mit großem Parkplatz in einem abgeschlossen Hof. Die Wohnungsübernahme war freundlich und unkompliziert und konnte schon vor der angemeldeten Zeit stattfinden. Die Wohnung ist groß, modern und komfortabel. Wunderschöner Balkon mit Nachmittagssonne. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, nachts ist es ruhig. Besonders zu erwähnen ist aber das geschmackvolle, moderne Badezimmer mit großer Dusche, angenehmen Handtüchern, viel Ablagemöglichkeiten und Fenster. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung ist 10+.
Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung sehr sauber mit einem traumhaften Blick auf das Meer und die Altstadt, die zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar war. Es gibt auch ein kleines Lebensmittel Geschäft gleich um die Ecke.
