The location is very good considering if you are visiting florence and Tuscany area. The host also responds quickly for our last minutes reservation request. Value for money.

Just only three stop to the Firenze SMN

We are encountered the railway strike and we need to take , change the bus around 2 hours only reached Firenze during our stay. If without the railway train this is quite inconvenient but this is not the property fault.

6 day stay in Signa

The room included a small kitchette and it was a short walk to the train station to go off on day trips.

Very few supplies in the kitchenette. No tea towel, only one small pot and a pan for cooking. Our stay was for 6 days and we had no change off towels in that time. No toiletries available, so had to purchase soap, shampoo and extra toilet paper for our stay. There were no helpful instructions left within the room to assist with any questions we may have had.

Perfect location and lovely hostess!

We were greeted by our very friendly hostess who gave us tips on the areas. The apartment is 500m away from the station and by train Florence is 3 stations (10 mins) away. The apartment was spacious and clean.

Checkin was smooth and the owners were nice. Air conditioning was a life saver.

Kitchen was "equipped", but with very low quality stuff, so you couldn't really use it to prepare food. Also, the plates and the cutlery were dirty and not washed well, so we had to wash them before using.

Very good

During my recent visit to Signa, a charming village near Florence, I had a comfortable stay at a conveniently located hotel. The accessibility via train to Florence was a definite plus, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. While my stay was enjoyable overall, I didn't find anything particularly exceptional about the experience. It served its purpose as a comfortable base, offering a clean apartment and pleasant interactions with the staff.

Superb

Nice place, nice surroundings, easy to go to Florence, Pisa and other tpuristic attractions. The apartment was clean, although it was very basic in terms of kitchen equipment. Parking was a big plus for us. Close to the train station (if you want to visit Firenze, take the train, parking is a nightmare in the city). The cafe next door was as good as advertised by other reviews and very affordable

No soap in the bathroom or any toiletries. We had our own, but it was odd not to find at least soap.... The couch in the living room was very uncomfortable, with a very thin mattress and bent in the middle, you could feel all the metal parts. One single bed is placed in the bedroom, with the main double bed, so one of the kids had to sleep in the same room with us.

I loved my stay, would totally recommend and stay there again!

Everything was just perfect for me, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning, the toilet and bathroom were pretty, great equipment for cooking although I did not need to use, fridge there which was great. The cafe opposite was amazing too! The owners Rachele and her husband were so kind and polite, even gave me a few lifts free of charge (which they did not need to do) as their were a lack of taxi drivers around. I would totally recommend this accommodation to any friends and family

We loved having a lot of space to spread out. Our teenagers liked having their own rooms to sleep in.

The shower was not the best. The curtain rod was broken and the hot water was not consistent.

A wonderful experience with amazing hosts!

It was a spacious and well set up apartment with dual air conditioning in the different rooms. The location was very handy to the train station and the cafe across the courtyard was very very tasty and cheap. The terrace is beautiful and such a nice spot to enjoy in the evenings as well as use of a paid washing machine. The hosts were incredible - such kind and lovely people and very attentive answering any questions or requests we had as well as going above and beyond on our arrival with lovely extra touches.

The wifi was very patchy and often didn’t connect or hold connection. When connected it was quite slow and often didn’t work. A few more kitchen utensils might have been handy - bigger knife, tray for oven.

the best thing is that they have a Pasticerria in the courtyard and you can have breakfast at a decent price. the apartment was ok. to reach Firenze you have to go by train (7-10 min to the station). they provided a parking space and this was great.

they don’t provide day to day staff so you can clean for eg. we only had a broom, no mop and after 5 nights there it was so much dust. they didn’t enter to clean. a cleaning process at least at 2 days should be done. the apartment is inthe same courtyard with the church. at every 30 min starting 7 a.m the bells are killing you…

Everything was just great. We got a nice video showing how to enter the apartment, where to find the keys, and even how a place was reserved for our car in the apartment's parking lot. The apartment as nice and clean. Location is excellent!

A small comment about cooking facilities: it was more than ok for us (we just wanted to have breakfast and sometimes a small dinner) but for a bigger meal (cooking some warm lunch of dinner) we would have needed a bit better equipped kitchen (utensils, pots, etc,).

Comfortable and pleasant

Wonderful staff, available and helpful. We asked them to bring us some things for the kitchen and on the same day we already received them! 7 minute walk from the train. Great basic place for people on a budget to get to Florence

The people, location and the state of the room was great. The room was spotless and we were provided with a lot of perks.

There is a coffee shop across the courtyard that was open for breakfast on both days of our stay. Our hosts were really helpful and directed us to local restaurants and amenities.

Fabulous

Location is good, the object has its own parking place, it's clean and quite confortable, and hosts are wery kind. There is a supermarket, market, restaurant, train station to Florence and Pisa, everything in a circle of a 10-15 min. of walking.

Maybe the kitchen equipment should be more completed and better prepared, but nothing very important. Everything can be resolved with kind hosts.

Soggiorno pessimo

Il proprietario è una persona molto disponibile e cordiale, al contrario della moglie che già al telefono appare infastidita e seccata. La posizione è ottima.

Struttura con del potenziale ma assolutamente da rivedere. Iniziamo dalle luci che per quanto si voglia risparmiare (giustamente), se si rientra con il buio, bisogna accendere la torcia del telefono per percorrere la scalinata visto che è buia e si rischia di cadere con la faccia per terra. Le luci si possono accendere solo una volta giunti al primo piano. La struttura presenta vari appartamenti ma qui mi limiterò a descrivere tutti i problemi di quello in cui sono stato accomodato io. Aperta la porta c’è uno sgradevole odore misto tra colonna fecale e pasta e cavoli. I proprietari insistevano nell’asserire che provenisse dalla piletta della doccia montata male. In realtà quella puzza proveniva dalla cucina. I filtri dei condizionatori secondo me non vengono puliti da mesi. Accendendoli si percepisce l’aria piena di polvere. Consiglio di fare una bella pulita ai filtri e di spruzzarvi sopra un apposito spray igienizzante almeno una volta al mese. TUTTE le superfici specchiate come i vetri delle finestre, il tavolo in vetroceramica, lo schermo della tv, erano ricoperte da una patina di unto e di lercio. Non so se il problema sia il personale delle pulizie che non utilizza degli stracci puliti o altro. Sta di fatto che era vomitevole. Tralasciamo l’angolo cottura e le posate perché è meglio. Nel lavabo del bagno lo scarico è lento quindi si è costretti a lavarsi i denti in 3 secondi per non rischiare di trovarsi allagati. L’acqua calda nella doccia ad un certo punto si interrompe. Bisogna chiudere l’acqua e aspettare 3-4 minuti per averla di nuovo ad una temperatura adeguata. Ho provato anche l’esperienza della doccia in più riprese. Il piumino della camera da letto aveva delle macchie gialle/marroni, voglio sperare sia ruggine che non va via, ma comunque il copertino usato per coprire il piumino era a sua volta macchiato e anche andare a letto diventava una tortura. Tralasciamo il discorso cuscini.

Poderia ter mais itens de cozinha como louças, copos e ao invés de frigobar uma geladeira média. Na madrugada escutávamos som pessoas andando nos aptos do andar superior.

Buen lugar donde hospedarse en Signa

El apartamento es espacioso y cómodo. El anfitrión nos llevó hasta la terminal de trenes ya que estabamos muy cargados, fue muy amable e incluso nos hizo un pequeño paseo por el pueblo, con una charla muy interesante sobre la historia del lugar.

Es complicado encontrar gente en la recepción.

ein gelungener Aufenthalt in Florenz/Signa

Das sehr nette und sehr zuvorkommende Inhaber Ehepaar, war uns eine große Hilfe bei der Ankunft in Signa, da wir mit dem Zug Reisen. Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig gewesen und es lies keine wünsche offen. Das Bad ist etwas schmal ausgefallen, aber man Schläft in guten Betten und einer geräumigen Essküche, die wir eigentlich nicht direkt genutzt hatten. Es ist alles für einen , auch längeren Aufenthalt vorhanden. Direkt gegen über der Apartments ist eine kleine aber sehr feine Bäckerei/Konditorei, wo man ab 6 Uhr bereits guten Kaffee und ein Herzhaftes bzw. Süsses Frühstück bekommen kann. Zum Bahnhof sind es ca. 7 min zu Fuß und von Signa nach Florenz S.M.N. sind es dann 20 min mit dem Zug und man ist direkt im Centrum von Florenz. Wir waren 6 Nächte hier und können es nur Empfehlen, besonders für Leute mit Kindern

Buzdolabı (büyüktü) çok iyi soğutuyordu ve eğer ufak tefek bir şeyler yapacaksanız yemek yapmanız için malzemeler her türlü tencere tava tabak bardak her şey mevcut. sıcak su için kettle var biz bir gece kalacağımız için sadece çay yapıp içtik ama kendisi bize nazik bir şekilde şişe sular verdi ,çok teşekkür ediyorum. ve ailem soğutulmuş odalarda rahat yataklarda çok konforlu bir gece geçirdik.
