We were met on arrival and shown around the apartment. A parking space had also been reserved for us right in front of the apartment. The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable, the whole area was quiet during the night, and you could walk straight across the back yard to a café that opened as early as 6 a.m. Also the train station was nearby, so it was easy to get to Florence.
The shared terrace/balcony in the back yard wasn't as pleasant as we expected. On the terrace the shared washing machine also looked dirty, so we didn't want to use it.

The room included a small kitchette and it was a short walk to the train station to go off on day trips.
Very few supplies in the kitchenette. No tea towel, only one small pot and a pan for cooking. Our stay was for 6 days and we had no change off towels in that time. No toiletries available, so had to purchase soap, shampoo and extra toilet paper for our stay. There were no helpful instructions left within the room to assist with any questions we may have had.
